Do NOT stay here if you have an early flight and want to enjoy breakfast. We tried to go to breakfast at the Coral Cafe at 6:00 am only to find out that breakfast doesn't open until 6:30 am. I stood by the hostess because it said wait to be seated and she just looked at me rudely and said, ”uhhh...? Do you need something or...” I replied, ”Yes, I wanted to get breakfast.” She responded rudely, ”Well, it doesn't even open until 6:30 so you're gonna have to wait.” We are diamond members and we tried to use our food and beverage credit to grab something quickly. We only had 5 minutes to eat so we couldn't sit down and eat. We only wanted a croissant that we were willing to pay $15 for and It was literally just sitting at the buffet to grab easily. The hostess was so freaking rude and argued with me and embarrassed me in front of everyone. She said I had to sit down and wait to be served. We had already waited 30 minutes for her to tell us this. She told us to go to Starbucks instead. I informed her that I wanted to use my food and beverage credit and she said, ”oh well. I don't know if it works there, but you'll just have to go there because that's you're only option. I can't give you a croissant here. You have to sit down and wait to be served.” Pretty ridiculous that I couldn't buy something to go. They also charged us $18 for our Turo to be parked in the parking lot for only a couple hours while it was waiting to be picked up! We didn't even have the car parked over night. Also, I NEVER received a receipt after checkout which is not normal for Hilton. I had to find the receipt online via the app. Will never stay here again! Super rude and terrible customer service! I have stayed at many Hiltons all over the world, but I have never been treated so poorly!

In my first stay I had been in tenth floor which is more better and newer but my second stay they gave me a room in fourth floor which is aged and old and no refrigerator or microwave inside . I didn’t like it but as a whole the hotel is Ok , staff at the reception need to be more friendly and smile to visitors. Some of them they don’t even answer a complete answer . It’s all about the location , location , location in the heart of the downtown where you can go all around at day but at night alot of homeless around the area . As it was OK . Don’t forget to bring your water with you .

Welcoming & vibrant stay! Absolutely loved this hotel. Although yes, the rooms are quite small you’ll survive! Free cocktail drink coupon on arrival too. The hotel has everything you need including a massive comfortable bed, led lighting and ‘Iron rooms’ on quite a few floors. Being able to iron with ease is a win on holiday. Staff were lovely & bubbly. Location was great, lots of work space in the lobby and the roof top pool was fab!

We have stayed here several times and have never been disappointed. It's a perfect place to stay if you want to visit the Everglades and/or Biscayne National Parks. We also stayed here prior to visiting Key West. It was the perfect place to sleep, eat breakfast and drive through the Florida Keys. The check in/out process is simple, the rooms are clean and breakfast always hits the spot. The service is always friendly and I will be back.

JJoshuaI flew into Fort Lauderdale Hollywood international airport for just 2 nights. Came in for a dive trip out of Harpoon Lagoon (which I totally recommend as a top dive shop and charter site) out of Miami. Found this hotel accidentally and completely and totally recommend to anyone. First I want to say the location of the hotel was perfect. 30 - 40 min from the Fort Lauderdale Airport there is not need to pay more and fly directly into Miami. A quick Lyft and you arrive at the hotel. The hotel is perfectly located. It is walking distance from the beach and definitely Miami Vibe; however, the hotel is located in an area where you can feel the vibe without being in the middle of riff raff. The hotel is a hostel hybrid type. You can rent a bungalow for a say 5 or six or 1 room. I traveled alone so I stayed in a King room in the guest house. The room and facility was excellently clean, friendly, beautiful and I would describe it romantic in ways. It has a restaurant that is right next to the pool. Fabolous full bar and excellent service with very reasonable price for the area. The atmosphere fits just about anyone. You have at night a very up class nicely night life dressed group and also those literally there in bathing suits at the pool. Very unique and very awesome. The staff was extremely friendly and so helpful. My stay was 2 nights and it was so worth it. I recommend this hotel to anyone and cant wait to bring my girlfriend next time for the experience and romantic atmosphere.

Our furry friend was treated like a VIP. The hotel’s commitment to being dog-friendly was remarkable, and our pet felt right at home from the start.
Beyond the pet-friendly aspect, the hotel itself was a true delight. The pool area offering a refreshing escape with nice music.
The rooms were consistently clean, and the pleasant scent that permeated the hotel created a welcoming and inviting atmosphere. It was evident that the staff took great care to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable experience for all guests.
As we returned for our third visit, our love for this place only grew stronger. If you’re seeking a dog-friendly haven where exceptional service, a beautiful ambiance, and pristine rooms converge, look no further. This hotel is an absolute gem that we can’t help but adore.

PPengguna TetamuThe hotel couldn't be any closer or more convenient to the terminals and for our early am check in. We had access to the entire terminal's shops and restaurants. We walked around looking at our gate areas, so we knew where we needed to go. Check in was easy however, they didn't mention the restaurant on the 7th floor so instead, we ended up paying over $100 at a chain restaurant with a burger/sandwich menu. The price point is extremely high for what you get - for $250 plus a night I'd expect a refrigerator or a microwave, some wash cloths, more than one regular coffee packet and some soap, however, once we asked twice, we received these items fairly quickly. The rooms are dated, not doubt, but the king bed was big and comfy. I was rather pleased with the bright lighting and expandable makeup mirror in the bathroom. Nice to see what you really look like rather than looking in a dim mirror for once which is what you get now at higher end facilities. The window was filthy so there was no looking out the window-to be fair I doubt its easy to clean when jets are constantly flying over your head. The carpet needs to be replaced, there really was very little left of it in the room. Hallway carpet dated but clean. The TV/cable didn't work due to provider changes occurring within the county and the airport is a county building (which is was what we were told when we asked how to use the TV.) We were able to use wireless to stream TV on the iPad - it would have nice if they mentioned that as well so we weren't fighting about how to work the remote. There are really no amenities, and I would say this is comparable to an older but clean motel. However, it took 28 minutes total in the morning to check in, check our bags, get through security and be seated at the gate. Long story short, we would stay there again for an early am flight if we could get a cheaper price.

Datang ke sini dengan anak perempuan saya yang masih kecil untuk mendapatkan jalan ibu & anak perempuan, sangat mesra keluarga. Agak bising kerana beberapa tetamu lain berlari dan menjerit di dalam dewan tetapi selain itu; cantik agak hanya con adalah dinding nipis. Ejen meja depan sangat membantu dan akomodatif. Resort yang cantik. Akan tinggal di sini lagi

so I was very content and more than happy with the service because it was fully bilingual, and the layout served my tourist imagination well, because it was a motel with a pool to me — just like I've seen in so many movies! 🎥 🍿 It is also VERY honest, 2 STARS ⭐️ 🌟 🤩 , that means cheap and cheerful 😀 . As we all know the star system is very much a DIY system and I've stayed in 4 star places with equivalent service as Days Inn.
So why do I keep coming back here, besides being broke the location is great which is why I gave extra point. Lovely coffee, creole breakfast, snacks etc are just down the road - I simply stretch my legs for a few minutes to get to them, so food access was a biggy to me. And, the other thing I really like about this place is the clientel! Interesting people to me, some folks say 'getto' but they mean 'working class' which is the majority of us (since 2008 😏).
And finally, remember Miami is in the USA not China or Ecuador which means if you want a more up market place, that's great but know you must pay American prices!!!
