Do NOT stay here if you have an early flight and want to enjoy breakfast. We tried to go to breakfast at the Coral Cafe at 6:00 am only to find out that breakfast doesn't open until 6:30 am. I stood by the hostess because it said wait to be seated and she just looked at me rudely and said, ”uhhh...? Do you need something or...” I replied, ”Yes, I wanted to get breakfast.” She responded rudely, ”Well, it doesn't even open until 6:30 so you're gonna have to wait.” We are diamond members and we tried to use our food and beverage credit to grab something quickly. We only had 5 minutes to eat so we couldn't sit down and eat. We only wanted a croissant that we were willing to pay $15 for and It was literally just sitting at the buffet to grab easily. The hostess was so freaking rude and argued with me and embarrassed me in front of everyone. She said I had to sit down and wait to be served. We had already waited 30 minutes for her to tell us this. She told us to go to Starbucks instead. I informed her that I wanted to use my food and beverage credit and she said, ”oh well. I don't know if it works there, but you'll just have to go there because that's you're only option. I can't give you a croissant here. You have to sit down and wait to be served.” Pretty ridiculous that I couldn't buy something to go. They also charged us $18 for our Turo to be parked in the parking lot for only a couple hours while it was waiting to be picked up! We didn't even have the car parked over night. Also, I NEVER received a receipt after checkout which is not normal for Hilton. I had to find the receipt online via the app. Will never stay here again! Super rude and terrible customer service! I have stayed at many Hiltons all over the world, but I have never been treated so poorly!

Booked two rooms for two night stay for my family. Location is close to the MIA airport, and about 30 min drive to the beach. We enjoyed the breakfast and staff were all friendly and professional. We paid $20 USD parking fee per day. We had to get new room pass cards the next morning because ours wasn’t working anymore. Other than that, we were satisfied with our stay at this hotel, and strongly recommend it if you’ll be staying in Miami.

Location was great for me due to an orthopedic appointment I had. I stayed for three nights. The food was OK. Everybody that worked there had a great attitude and was very nice night to. I had to switch rooms. my buddy got in a little late and said that he didn’t have a room there. He booked a room for two of us so he called me to come down. I finally met a Karen. Her name was Mindy St. Louis she had a horrible attitude she even put her hand in my face. I put my hand back in her face and said, let me talk to somebody else. After resolving the easy situation that she couldn’t understand to fix, she still having attitude rather than that. Rooms are clean. The pool was nice. Everybody in the facility was extra extra extra nice stay away from Mindy St. Louis. Looking for hotels in December, but I think I will find elsewhere. I don’t want another experience with Mindy St. Louis.

The hotel is in a strategic location, on the Miami side of the river. It is close to all transportation links, so that you can easily go into Brickell, and beyond using public transport. It is short walk to Bayfront Park, which is a definite plus to enjoy the waterfront. Heavy traffic in the area, some of noise carries into the room at night, can't be helped. The staff are friendly and accommodating, without being cloying. The hotel provides good quality amenities for the business traveller, including pool, workout and computer workstations. Beds very comfortable. My only suggestion would be that the hotel invest in an update for the rooms and replace the in-room air conditioners with central air. Otherwise, clean and comfortable, and, for a couple of nights, good value for the money.

Dirty carpets in room ! Asked to switch rooms NO since I used my points . I only picked this hotel due to the shuttle to airport and could leave my car Intill I came back .. nothing is free I get it so $80 to have my car sit there till arrive back in a late flight . Cons : Furniture was literally shoved together in a tiny suite room . No water pressure at ALL!!!!!! My feet were black at the bottoms because of filthy carpets . Wear Socks !!!!!!!!!! Pros : Breakfast was good TVs were very new . Staff was ok I didn’t really have time to converse w them besides it was a hard NO when I asked for a suite , not that it matters . Here just for convenience but as a woman no water pressure to even get shampoo out of your hair is nasty

這個酒店真不錯 離沙灘近還在dt 遊客不多 酒店不吵不鬧 不像我朋友住的southbeach那邊一堆你懂的遊客亂糟糟的還巨貴 房間設計的不錯 床很舒服 像我們這種來過邁阿密幾次的覺得這個酒店真是no.1 現在熱季了某天一刷搶到了1200一晚 平時都是1600的 就是泳池關門早了點 缺點就是 衛生間沒安排風扇 我男朋友拉屎臭死了味不能馬上散 還有給的fuji的水 每天居然不主動提供的 除此之外都是滿分💯 餐吧也很漂亮

Buen servicio, volvimos, nos atendieron.muy bien quizás agregar algo más al desayuno...pero hotel recomendable

The location is great right next to the mall. We spent over 500 dollars for one night here. I expected certain things to be better for that price. 1. the bedding -. the sheets- they seemed cheap- they had a crinkly cheap feel that is usually common in cheap hotels not ones that cost 500 a night 2. We Were a family of three sleeping in a room with a queen bed and a sofa bed. When we went out for dinner we asked the front desk- and they wrote our room number down. We asked them to make up the sofa bed with sheets for our 11 year old daughter. When we got back several hours later it was not made-up. We were catching an early flight so we decided to have her sleep with us rather than wait. No one ever came. Not really the night we expected for 500 dollars!
