Ulasan Hotel Indigo Miami Brickell

Hotel photos do not reflect the actual reality of this property. Having stayed in a number of Indigo properties, Brickell does not live up to the name. As other reviewers have said the walls are beyond thin so that we were woken by other guests conversations, the lifts and various other noises. The included breakfast is poor with limited choices on a separate menu, something I have never seen before. Service was also questionable. We had booked two nights and only stayed one.

It was nice to stay for a night. The desk chair by the window was quite unstable though would be great if you guys check that out. Other than that it had great view and spacious room.

Nice welcome at the valet parking and reception. We had to prepare sofa bed ourselves, although stated during booking that we will use it. Showering without flooding the bathroom was not possible. The dinner in hotel’s restaurant was good. The balcony was quite spacious but is flooded if it rains. Fitness room and outdoor pool too small. You hear the metro rail quite well and the construction noise and the fire department unit alarms.

Modern interiors and spacious rooms. Our window was dirty so couldn’t see anything out from the 15th floor. Although the building looks new we heard pipe noises frequently. That was annoying. Gym and pool are great. They don’t give complimentary drinking water bottle in room but there’s a water fountain next to the gym which is open 8am - 8pm. Make sure you have a reusable bottle. They don’t have steam room or sauna. They say city view for the pool and gym but you say residential buildings in the front and hotel. But you can do sunbathing. Front desk staff and other staff is friendly and have a smiling place always. The cafe, lobby and rooms have stunning interiors. The outdoor cafe at the back is a great place to hang out. I’d stay here again if I get discount :)

This Hotel Indigo is a reduced version, with a cement wall at the front and expensive and simple breakfast. The most painful thing for business travelers is the poor sound insulation. Every night, the xxx next door makes it impossible to sleep. The room card sensitivity is very low, and the card swiping in the elevator often fails. The hotel with the lowest cost performance in Miami. Not recommended.

Nice hotel room, but the view is average

The location is great and convenient for travel! The hotel staff is also very nice. There was a problem with the room's circuit that couldn't be repaired immediately, so the hotel helped to change the room.

High cost performance, convenient for travel. The hardware is also very good, it is a good hotel in Miami. Breakfast is a la carte and delicious.

The room is spacious and hygienic, and the check-in service at the front desk is fast and good.
