super bad attitude, the agent is also not helpful... really bad experience, would never recommend to anyone.

I guess the best part for this property is the location. Very small room, you barely have spare room after you open your luggages. The shower and toilet door is closed by two little magnets… like ***…? Very unprofessional reception especially the Dark Skin “Hotel Manager”, won’t be staying here again as there are so many better / cheap options. Save your money for elsewhere 😁

Yotel is in a well situated place in downtown Miami. Close by to a lot of places including the bay front park area the hotel is a ideal location. Only 15 minutes to in a taxi from the hotel.

The location was ok as it was in downtown but very messy and with bad people around. Room is very small. No privacy for bathroom. Only thing good was the pool.

a new experience staying in this hotel with all its features, starting from self checkin and adjustable beds that you can't find in other hotels. the room is quite spacious, clean and close to conveniece stores, restaurants and also the station.

Amazing hotel. Affordable. Would totally comeback again anytime soon. I recommend it 100%. Pool is impressive and gym it’s amazing. Location is good you’re close to everything. Walking distance from bars and rests.

房間比網上點評的要好，位置優越，出行方便，酒店馬路（小馬路）對面就有免費輕軌（懸空3-4層樓高），好遠就看見高架線和行駛的迷你空中巴士，有三條線，記住自己上車的站多跑幾趟就熟悉了。到哪裡都方便，我開始一個人步行到海灣公園（不大），邁阿密河海交匯處以及港灣市場逛了一圈衹化了二個多小時，然後在酒店借了輪椅帶老公坐輕軌到海灣公園又逛了一圈，把老公送回酒店我一個人又坐輕軌到邁阿密河對岸的一個三角島上逛了差不多四個小時，收穫滿滿！因老公腿腳不方便，就在酒店cvs小超市買了漢堡包，水果與礦泉水應付餐飲，因第二天就上郵輪了。酒店服務不錯，挺温馨。其實優特爾酒店與悦泰酒店是一棟樓，同一個門進出，新加的悦泰酒店在優特爾酒店上面。另外按金退酒店時當日原路返回。度假費都收的。給五星好評！
