Our excellent experience at the Tru began before we even arrived. Julissa and Dia both assisted in making sure that our accommodations for the week were just what we needed. Upon arrival everyone was courteous and eager to let us know that they were there to help in any way. Our room had a wonderful view of the pool, Biscayne Bay in the distance, and downtown Miami. Speaking of the room, it was the perfect size for us, with a comfortable king bed, large tv, and clean throughout (and kept well clean during our 1-week stay by housekeeping team). We very much appreciated the complimentary hot breakfast, and what made the breakfast especially tasty and fresh were the number of hotel team members making sure that all food options were available (e.g. eggs, bagels, english muffins, fruit, and coffee ALL restocked as needed throughout the breakfast service.) The pool was my favorite place to relax during the day. Ample towels and umbrellas were available, pool deck was kept clean, and the pool water was clean, cool, and refreshing. In summary between the lovely room accommodations, outstanding complimentary breakfast, great loaction (just a short walk from Brickell center), relaxing pool area, and most of all, the highly professional and courteous hotel team - from leadership across all levels - the Tru is an exceptional value for short or long stays in Miami.

Hello. I want to report Viajero Miami, located on 1120 Collins Avenue, Miami Beach, Florida, 33149 for refusing to refund me two nights that I paid for and they, for NO REASON, refused to do business with me, so I didn’t stay there for the last two nights and had to look for another place to stay. What happened was: they offer in their rate towel for guests. I got back from the beach today, cover in sand. Wet and cold and they said they had “no” towels available. SHEILA that attended me was super rude since the beginning of the conversation, telling me in a very rude way that they didn’t have any towel and that they had to idea of when they were going to have towels. She was rude since her first word and obviously enough I stared being rude back. I told them I was going to wait for a towel at the reception and then funnily enough, a clean towel appeared out of no where in less than 5 minutes. When SHEILA was giving me the towel, I thanked her and was leaving and then she tried to lecture me which obviously I did not allow her to do that as I am not a kid and most importantly not her kid . So we ended up having a little argument. We were basically talking over each other. During this moment I NEVER threatened her, NEVER called her names, NEVER screamed, the only thing I kept on saying was: “you were rude first, you were rude first” and that was all! I went to take my shower peacefully and once I was out, I was surrounded by 5 cops! FIVE!!! They treated like a criminal, they gave me 5 minutes to pack and thrown me literally on the street, with 3 suitcases and no where to go in the busiest week of the year in Miami. I never felt so humiliated and mistreated in my whole 45 years of life. I am a kind, friendly and respectful person, all the rest of the staff knows me and were really nice to me. They can testify what I am saying, talk to the cleaner of my room (208), they will confirm my character! I want my REFUND for the two nights that I did NOT stay there because they refused to do business with me, with NO explanation so if they refused to do business for the last two nights, I want my refund for my two nights, it is just simple and that fair! I had to find a place in a Saturday when the town is packed and pay a much more higher price. I am going after my rights here in the USA. They cannot do that to people. I filled a police report and share if requested. You can and should definitely talk to any staff or any guest there right now and they will backup what I am writing here. I have many witnesses that will prove that whatever SHEILA said is not true and she lied! I don’t want to fight and honestly I just want to move on from the most frightening situation of my life so please just refund my money! I recorded the whole situation and can share if requested and will use for legal purposes. I did NOT disrespect the staff, I had this misunderstanding with ONLY SHEILA, and I did NOT threat anyone, I did NOT threat SHEILA. They refused to

When we arrived on Feb 10 am, there was a friendly staff (a black man) welcomed us. Unfortunately, I didn’t remember his name now. The hotel provided free shuttle to/from the airport. But Miami airport is kind of busy so you can hear the plane noises at night. The hotel decoration is okay, and relatively clean.

The hotel was very clean and the reception smells really good when you enter the building. Only downside is that parking for guest is expensive. And even after paying the parking they still left a ticket on our car. So we had to go back to the frontdesk.

We stayed at this hotel for one night only so did not use amenities at the hotel. The hotel location was good for visiting Miami and it is much cheaper than staying in the centre of Miami. In Miami we parked for 2 hrs free at the supermarket Publix. Our room in the hotel was very comfortable and clean. The king sized bed was enormous. I would recommend the hotel.

Bien placé pour prendre l'avion. La table dans la chambre donne la possibilité d'y manger. A part cela l'lôtel est cher par rapport aux prestations proposées : aucun équipement si ce n'est un savon.

I stayed at Hostel Altair in Miami Beach Surfside, and it was hands down the worst experience I've ever had. First off, the cleanliness was non-existent. My room had dirty sheets, and there were bugs crawling around the bathroom. The shared spaces were just as filthy, with trash piling up in the common area and a bad smell throughout the hostel. The staff was incredibly rude and unhelpful. When I asked for a clean set of towels, they acted like I was inconveniencing them and never followed through. To make matters worse, the air conditioning barely worked, leaving the room hot and stuffy—impossible to get a decent night's sleep in Florida’s heat. To top it all off, there was loud noise all night long from a party in the hallway, and the hostel staff did absolutely nothing to stop it. If you're looking for a relaxing stay in Miami Beach, do yourself a favor and avoid Hostel Altair at all costs. Absolutely terrible!

El hotel está bien ubicado, cerca al aeropuerto y relativamente cerca de lugares de compras y de Miami. Buen personal del lobby, limpieza, comodidad, muy buen hotel. Las camareras del bar no son muy amables pero nada que haga pasar un buen momento disfrutando una bebida o comiendo.
