Ulasan Max Brown Hotel Missori, Part of Sircle Collection

The hotel was terrible. The aircon did not work for 6nights that I stayed there. The room is very old and feels stuffy. The appliances in the toilet are old and almost falling off. The worst hotel I have ever stayed at. They provide you with a fan since the aircon does not work. Absolutely unacceptable. The staff was nice and polite. They understood the problem and agreed to the issue but could only apologise for the inconvenience. I do not blame them for the poor management of the hotel. The pictures are completely deceiving from the reality of the room. I would never stay there again and would recommend it to my worst enemy.

Отель новый, очень хороший. Очень приятный персонал, удобная классная кровать, чайник, чай, кофе в номере. Расположение прекрасное - до центра минут 7-10 пешком, рядом есть магазин. Отдельное спасибо отелю на приятный сюрприз с шариками и десерт на день рождение 🩷 10 из 10!!

房間很乾凈，早餐是自助的、都是西式早餐，麪包之類的，黃油煎雞蛋很不錯！就是為啥給的房間跟預訂的房間不一樣？給的沒有陽台的房間、但是圖片有。

環境不錯，衹有這一個優點。四星級，沒拖鞋，洗澡水熱水衹用了五分鐘就沒了，後半程用冷水洗的；而且花灑是十多年前那種款式吧，難用的要死。馬桶水要攢好幾次才能按，水壓不夠。前腳剛走，發現墨鏡丟了，後腳出了門再問説沒發現沒找到，後來多次打電話溝通仍説沒找到。所以建議行李寄存千萬不要放貴重物品，幾百塊錢的墨鏡都拿，窮瘋了吧可能。意大利老城區的酒店就這個樣子。完畢。

很遺憾沒有去成目的地，經過平台客服溝通後，酒店方面仍是但不予退還房費，提前7天的溝通也沒有達成目的，這很遺憾。希望以後再來體驗。

非常好的酒店，位置方便，房間很棒，浴室稍微小了點。房間隔音待提高。性價比很高，下次還會選擇max brown
