Excellent clean, fresh and new hotel that has everything you need. As a solo female traveler, I felt very safe here and it is seconds from the metro line. I stayed in a “cosy” room and after reading reviews that the rooms are tiny I wasn’t expecting too much, however the room was spacious enough for me and was fine for three nights, any longer I probably would have preferred a balcony/a view at least. The bathroom has a sleek finish however the design of it to get into the bath (also needed to take a shower as not separate) is quite dangerous and I would be surprised if no one has fallen. The shower screen is fixed so you have to climb around the side of it to get into the bath - very odd design. Only not rating five stars as I found the mattresses too firm for me and because of this I didn’t sleep great and due to price, £200 a night and did not included breakfast in their smallest room was quite unreasonable, it should include breakfast (€22 otherwise). Peaceful and quiet, staff very helpful, I would stay here again if could get a more reasonable price.

Albergo stupendo, ambiente giovanile, personale super disponibile e super gentile. Bistrot all'interno dell'albergo molto efficiente e molto bello. Colazione super abbondante sia nel dolce che nel salato con possibilità di farla anche all'esterno nel cortile super attrezzato. Camera pulitissima arredi nuovi bagno moderno e funzionale presenza di prodotti eccellenti Albergo molto tecnologico Ci tornerò sicuramente, sarà la mia scelta per i prossimi soggiorni a Milano Lo consiglio vivamente a tutti

There are many things to like about this hotel. I’ll start with the location - close to everything, about 1km from the Domo. We reserved the family room which was two rooms with a shared main door. It was perfect for us. Large safe and mini bar in the room. Hotel is very accessibility friendly, with a lift for handicaps and accessible rooms available. Breakfast is good, not a lot of variety but very good quality. All the staff we talked to were very kind and informative. Valet parking is available for a cost of 25€ a night.

the apartment is beautifully located in the Brera district, the apartment is spacious, clean, neat and very well equipped (2 TVs with Netflix, music box, fitted kitchen, large bathroom, large bedroom with wardrobes.. etc), there is nothing to complain about and the prices charged are relatively low for the place, But what makes all the difference and which deserves more than 5 stars is the service offered by the reception staff: Eva and Nicoleta are worthy of a service encountered in the best 5-star palaces, these girls are simply unfailingly professional and kind, every detail, request or wish is organized to perfection before, during and after the stay… a big thank you to Eva and Nicoleta, they will be the reason why I will not hesitate for a second to return to this apartment during my next trips to Milan. I spend the majority of my time traveling for work and leisure and I can guarantee that the little details and attention received especially by Eva during check-in mean that I can only thank them and recommend the BeLate apartments in via Tivoli in Milan

房間不大，乾淨整潔，基本設施齊全，熱水不太好，我們於8月17日抵達米蘭后，入住至20日離開，房內的清潔服務基本沒有，衹是清除垃圾，更換一下浴巾。令我們氣憤的是，房間內保險箱裏，我們放入的歐元現金，居然被人抽走200元， 護照信用卡沒有丟失。因為我們放入保險箱的歐元現金放入前是清點過的，且為整數。所以不可能是記錯的。同樣的情況，也發生在與我們同行的朋友房間，另外兩個同伴房間，暫時沒有發現丟失。我們以為這肯定是內部工作人員的作案，我們已將所有的情況告知前台服務人員。希望他們去做安全檢查，所以入住這家酒店千萬小心，極不安全。

I would like to be fair in this review to help other travelers like us. Milan is expensive re hotels so this 4 star hotel in a perfect center city location near La Scala, the Duomo, Galleria etc could not be better, especially if you like to explore a city on foot. The rooms are clean and well maintained. That said, we found this hotel disappointing for our 5 night visit to Milan. First, our superior room was way too small for a couple for more than one night. It would be fine for a single person. Only one of us could unpack so the other suitcase had to take up much of the minimal floor space. We had a nice little balcony but it was difficult to access because it was the only place to put the suitcase. The weather wasn't really terrace weather anyway but if it had been nice, that would have been difficult. The bathroom was fine and the shower had great water pressure but it was as tiny as could be. There was no coffee maker or bottled water included in room, and although room service breakfast was offered, we had no place to enjoy it so we went to the breakfast room each morning. I would say 1 1/2 steps above Hampton Inn re breakfast. Crowded, no table service for coffee, the guy making the coffees was completely overwhelmed. Everything about this hotel was satisfactory, just don't have high expectations and you will be fine. I would rate it higher but we found the staff to be highly variable in their attitude and helpfulness. We did not fee particularly welcome and when we did ask for a taxi to be called or once, a dinner reservation made, the staff acted like it was an imposition and really didn't offer to be helpful in general. My final thought, most 4 star hotels in Italy are much nicer but in Milan, the gap between 4 and 5 start is a crater! So just be prepared.

This hotel is situated just outside the zone of traffic control of the old part of Milan, so good for those who drive and who also want to walk into the touristy parts of Milan.. Underground carpark is chargeable per 24 hours at eur 25. Driving to it can be tricky especially on weekends as one of the roads leading to the hotel is closed for the day market. Have to turn into a narrow lane (closed to public except for hotel guests). Best to contact the hotel to ask about driving directions if arriving on weekends. Room is reasonably sized and clean. Quiet too despite rowdy crowd in restaurants and bars nearby. Lots of restaurants, bars in the neighbourhood, and a Carrefour opposite.

The hotel is convenient for Milano Centrale station being about 10 minutes walk and also close by are metro and trams so it is certainly well connected and there are also a few eating and drinking places within 5-10 minutes walk so that is well taken care of. I paid for an ‘executive room’ which was ok to start with but it had a minibar which was empty (!) and also there was a kettle in the room but no tea or coffee at all. When I asked for something at reception, they said they only had coffee capsules but I said I had no coffee machine to use them in my room. They just smiled but never actually did anything about it but I had not paid for a basic room but something better. The hotel for me fell short of expectations and there didn’t seem to be much desire to correct things. Not impressed and would probably give the place a miss in future and stay somewhere else.

Nice located with two underground entrances on both sides, so convenient to go to places of interest. Restaurants all around with McDonald’s so there’s no need to worry if arrive at night or leave too early. Wonderful breakfast supplying, and the room was clean and tidy. Had a great trip here!
