Hotel terbaik di Milan

The hotel building is new and clean. Rooms are a good size, new and clean. Bathroom is more than ok. Staff is very nice, friendly and professional. Location is on a very ok are, just avoid central station and do not forget anti mosquitos in the summer. A very good value for money for Milan!

This hotel is situated just outside the zone of traffic control of the old part of Milan, so good for those who drive and who also want to walk into the touristy parts of Milan.. Underground carpark is chargeable per 24 hours at eur 25. Driving to it can be tricky especially on weekends as one of the roads leading to the hotel is closed for the day market. Have to turn into a narrow lane (closed to public except for hotel guests). Best to contact the hotel to ask about driving directions if arriving on weekends. Room is reasonably sized and clean. Quiet too despite rowdy crowd in restaurants and bars nearby. Lots of restaurants, bars in the neighbourhood, and a Carrefour opposite.

酒店位置絕佳，就在大教堂後面的巷子裏，四通八達的小路，周圍佈滿商店，購物街，咖啡店和飯店。我和兩個女兒，住三人間，給了大床和小床。衞生間沒有牙刷牙膏，有拖鞋。打掃衞生很及時。酒店門外就是網紅炸餃子。從酒店走路，地鐵，電車都很方便。我們每天回去經過聖誕集市，手裡都會塞滿食物。最喜歡集市上的奶油蛋糕。每天吃一個。 我試着走路去斯福爾扎城堡和運河區分別用時半小時和四十分鐘。斯福爾扎城堡連接着森皮翁綠地，這裏真是天然氧吧，連兩個宅女都禁不住奔跑起來。公園盡頭的凱旋門穿過去，走一公里就是中國城。 酒店附近有幾個中餐，從皇家廣場博物館拱門穿過去的小路上有火鍋和炒飯炒麪點心店，叫Bloom. 還有一個山西飯店。 酒店早餐雖然品種不多，但是可頌麪包就像藝術品一樣擺在精緻的燈光下，咖啡是穿着潔白襯衣的大叔現做的，這兩樣東西就非常加分。餐廳燈光很舒服。水果碗裏是我們最愛的獼猴桃菠蘿和哈密瓜，孩子們很開心，每天都盼着早起去吃飯。

Super comfortable place, just 3-5 minutes walk to central train station. The room is simple but enough, with a extraordinary heather and quiet. The bathroom is spacious and the electronic towel holder is a nice extra. In the shared area, it have a microwaves and cutlery, so you can order or bring your meal and use that space

There are many things to like about this hotel. I’ll start with the location - close to everything, about 1km from the Domo. We reserved the family room which was two rooms with a shared main door. It was perfect for us. Large safe and mini bar in the room. Hotel is very accessibility friendly, with a lift for handicaps and accessible rooms available. Breakfast is good, not a lot of variety but very good quality. All the staff we talked to were very kind and informative. Valet parking is available for a cost of 25€ a night.

This hotel would have been ok for less money but I was surprised at how much I paid versus what I got. The area is not very happening - the metro is an 8 minute walk away though so it's pretty easy to get around. The few restaurants around were definitely not my top pick of where to eat. The train station is about a 15 minute walk away (and pro tip the food court there is amazing). The room itself has all the basics and it's clean so no major complaints. However sound insulation was very poor - I had sleep earpods with me so it wasn't a big deal but for a longer stay it would have been a dealbreaker. It is a small hotel so you could get lucky with all the guests settling down at the same time as you but my first night there were couples having a loud conversation at 1am that I could hear perfectly well. The pillows (and quality of things like sheets, towels) was not very good. The other issue was that they use some kind of very cheap cleaner for everything so it constantly smells like straight up bleach which is not pleasant. Amenities were pretty basic but they did have a mini fridge and kettle. Although for the kettle they provided plastic cups that did not get replaced (neither did they replace the coffee and tea bags but its ok cuz I bring my own) so I had to keep going down to reception to get new ones. Also I think they reused my shower cap instead of providing me a new one because it was wet and smelled like vinegar. The common areas (courtyard in the pics) were mostly closed to guests unless you paid for breakfast.

Wonderful hotel in perfect location. We came here as a 3 member extended family and the suite was nice and large enough for us. Nice comfortable bed with sofa bed in the living room. The little dining table was great for a small breakfast purchased from the supermarket across the street before going exploring. Check in was done online and seamless when we arrived. Luisa showed us to our room and it was a wonderful surprise. Definitely recommend the Montenapoleone Suites to anyone asking

The hotel is right opposite the central station. Room was clean. Good shower bed and air con. The hotel does not need keycard to access the lift. There was a man knock on my door very hard and try to turn my door handle. I called the reception to check. Then one hour later someone knock again. So beware of this situation. Do not open your door to anyone.
