Room was nice but the building very old.

It’s a nice location, but a bit noisy, other things is ok

The location is excellent, with a 5-minute walk to Milan Duomo. There are many restaurants and cafes nearby. The room was very clean and the bathroom was spacious.

位置非常好，方便而且好近車站同米蘭大教堂。 房間整潔，舒適，唯一缺點就係近大街，交通工具同人聲比較嘈。不過整體都滿意，有機會下次都會再入住。

酒店的做法十分窩心，因為我未向酒店透露過我生日，但是酒店在room service時送了一大堆朱古力向馬卡龍給我，十分窩心

The location for this hotel is amazing, a few steps from the Duomo lots of restaurants, cafes and shopping ***** all a walk way. Museums and other historical places are a 10 minute walk. The hotel room was clean and I was checked in very quickly the member of staff was very polite and welcoming. I had no problems with anything during my stay. I will definitely book here again if I was to visit Milan again. I’m so glad the negative reviews about it being unsafe and not clean didn’t put me off. I would’ve missed out on a great stay.

This place was disgusting. We arrived to find the hat we had to wait in an alley for someone to come and check us in. Then had to climb a small spiral staircase to get to the room. Then for the attendant to tell us to hurry up and give him our passports because he had to go. We decided to leave as we did not feel safe. The manager on duty. A lady. Can to ask what was wrong. When we told her how rude the man had been to us she did nothing at all. We told her we had never been treated like that ever. She didn’t care. We had paid for the 3 rooms in full but we decided it was safer for us to leave. And the treatment we received was unacceptable. Needless to say we do not even get an email or a call to apologize. If you don’t want to ruin your stay in Milan then do not book this place. Shocking to say the least.

We stayed here a few nights while in Milan. Located very close to the Duomo and walking distance to most things. The door is located in an alley and it is above the KFC. We were greeted downstairs to ensure we made it to our room. Very small old elevator, I opted to use the stairs. The porter brought our bags up which was convenient. The room was very clean upon entry and set up with some special details for our honeymoon. We got a letter from the manager and a heart set up, out of towels, at the front of the bed. There are small details that I liked when I noticed them. They left ear plugs near the bed because it can get loud with the tram. I didn’t have an issue with noise but it’s the thought. Complimentary snacks and drinks were restocked when the room was cleaned. I put some clothes near the closet. Whoever cleaned the room hung some of them up and folded other clothes nicely in the closet. We received a small treat outside our door the morning we left. We had a heated towel rack in the bathroom which I love having. The room and hotel was very clean. The staff was very helpful. The price was great for what we received in return. I felt comfortable and happy the whole time. Would definitely stay here again if I come back to Milan.
