A very disappointing experience！ The hotel front desk is not located in the same building, so we had to communicate through the intercom at the entrance, which was very inconvenient. Most importantly, the air conditioning didn’t work — it was not cooling at all, and the weather in Milan right now is extremely hot. The hygiene was also poor，the towels had a bad smell, and worst of all, I’m really afraid of spiders, and there were spider webs and even spiders in the room.

Room was nice but the building very old.

Good location/but there is no elevator in the room and there are many stairs. Fully self-service hotel

The location is very good, convenient and very close to the station and Milan Cathedral. The room is clean and comfortable. The only drawback is that it is close to the street and the traffic and people are noisy. However, overall I am satisfied and will stay here again next time if I have the chance.

The hotel's approach was very heartwarming, because I didn't disclose my birthday to the hotel, but the hotel gave me a lot of chocolate and macarons during room service, which was very heartwarming.
