Excellent

Quite good location, 5 minutes from metro station. One of the staff members turned out to be very sociable and we spoke with him in 3 languages, which was very funny.

The hotel has a pleasant atmosphere. However, the walk to the subway station requires a detour around a building, making it feel a bit far.

The hotel is very conveniently located near the subway station, making it easy to get around. The room size is just right — not too big, not too small. However, I found the night shift staff to be not very friendly. When asking for help, they didn’t seem very willing to assist. Another issue is the soundproofing — the walls are quite thin. You can easily hear noises from neighboring rooms, the floor above, and even people walking and talking in the hallway. For light sleepers, this could be a significant downside, especially in the morning when guests are checking out and dragging their luggage around — it can get quite noisy.

The hotel is well-located and decent for short business stays.

Its outside the city center so you can find cheaper things around. The room was small but clean and personnel was great. The building is strange, some old renovated medical facility perhaps. Amenities could be better. Ok if you want to spend a couple of days roaming around the city.

Quite good hotel

Hotel a few steps from the metro, it is located on the line to Linate airport (reachable in 15 minutes, very convenient). The structure is a bit dated but there is everything you need, the room was definitely clean.

The breakfast was plentiful but the cappuccino was missing. The room was clean, comfortable and quiet.

The hotel is old, the bathroom is outdated. The furniture needs to be updated. The refrigerator did not work. The breakfast is excellent. The reception staff are beyond praise. The price-quality ratio is normal.

Good location convenient to take the metro. Good reception service. Clean and comfortable room.

You can walk to the Duomo in an hour. To the centrale 20-30 minutes by tram. The hotel is quite old and sad, but if you book at a low price for a couple of nights, then it will do. No kettle in the room.
