Great location!

The room was nice, but for some reason, the front desk said that since I booked through *******, they couldn't issue an invoice, which was a bit inconvenient.

A very good and clean hotel, located in a nice area with the subway nearby.

Located at convenient location near all transport options, shopping, and restaurants. Hotel is a bit outdated with limited room amenities.

Quite alright

We arrived in the Middle of the night (3 am) because of a late flight to Milan and we couldn't find any accommodation in the Middle of the night. But since we were going to stay in this hotel the next day we asked if we could wait in the lobby and then ask to check-in early , which we offered to pay extra for. But the Manager said we booked the ticket for very low price which is usually not possible. What does that have anything to do with hospitality? The Manager told us that it was not possible to wait in lobby, and turned us away but advised us to go to sir at McDonalds far away that was open all night. Rest assured, we will never stay there again and not recommend anyone to stay there.

I have problem when check in, receptionist and her Manager react to the customer badly, not helpful, very ****** and disrespectful to customer. I strongly do not recommend this hotel. I dob't know why the giant Accor group hire the persons like this. Too bad expereince.

Although a bit old-fashioned, the price was reasonable, and it was close to the Lima metro station, making it convenient to get to Milan Cathedral and other tourist attractions. A highlight was the refrigerator in the room; on a mild summer day, keeping it stocked with beer and soda was a great way to cool down!

15 minutes walk from the central station. The street is very lively, full of shops, but to get to the Duomo you need to use the metro. The welcome from the staff was very good. The rooms are clean, but need some maintenance. Lively restaurant opposite. Overall the stay was very good.

The single room I booked was upgraded to a two-story triple room, which was quite spacious, as it was a little noisy on the first floor. The hotel is in a good location, close to the subway and train station, on Central Avenue, very convenient for shopping, and there is a restaurant opposite that has a long queue of locals, and it is really delicious.
