Ulasan Ibis Styles Milano Centro

We arrived in the Middle of the night (3 am) because of a late flight to Milan and we couldn't find any accommodation in the Middle of the night. But since we were going to stay in this hotel the next day we asked if we could wait in the lobby and then ask to check-in early , which we offered to pay extra for. But the Manager said we booked the ticket for very low price which is usually not possible. What does that have anything to do with hospitality? The Manager told us that it was not possible to wait in lobby, and turned us away but advised us to go to sir at McDonalds far away that was open all night. Rest assured, we will never stay there again and not recommend anyone to stay there.

I have problem when check in, receptionist and her Manager react to the customer badly, not helpful, very racism and disrespectful to customer. I strongly do not recommend this hotel. I dob't know why the giant Accor group hire the persons like this. Too bad expereince.

定的單人房，給升級了一間兩層的三人間，挺寬敞，因為在一樓稍有些吵。酒店位置很好，離地鐵火車站都很近，在中央大街，逛街很方便，對面有家餐廳排隊很多當地人，果然很好吃。

環境不錯，前台非常認真的處理問題，英語也不太好，經過溝通之後還是完全把問題給處理完成，這是一次非常棒的商務旅行。

Muy buena ubicación, muy cerca de la estación de tren Milano Centrale y a medio camino del centro de la ciudad. Con muchos restaurantes y tiendas cerca.

好乾凈！前台接待直爽解決問題快速。早餐豐富意大利奶酪好好吃鮮榨橙汁。靠近地鐵站購物方便（但不是一二三線品牌比較本地的便宜品牌）

Lo consiglio per la posizione, relativamente vicino alla stazione centrale e a due passi dalla stazione della metro Lima e corso Buenos Aires.

立地は悪くないが部屋は狭め。 向かいにカフェがあり遅くまで人通りはあるが、逆に人の声も遅くまで聞こえる。
