generally quite clean but a little noisy if room on ground floor. near train station so its good

We came in at 12pm but was unable to checkin, so we deposit our luggage and came back later at night. The fact that we came in early and were still given basement 1 room, when we were never given basement rooms before… We were shocked… There was no aircon in the room, told the staff and he tried to reset the system and after that then told us it’s the general aircon system, seems like he wasn’t clear of the system well enough, after that then told us it’s the heater??! confusion… Then told us we had to open the windows, but we are on the basement floor/ ground which had a door, and supposed to open the window for air.. ? Thought it was kind of dangerous as strangers might enter our room even tho they told us it’s under hotel premises, still felt the danger and couldn’t sleep coz of this. We told them to change us next day to other rooms. After the change the rooms were way better.. but the bathroom had water leakage until the bedroom. Hotel did not provide basic things like water, kettle or coffee and tea which other hotels provided. Had to request for a few times then they provided us.. service was really slow too.. Heard from other hotel users, they missed out providing towels and changed them to other hotels opposite, when they paid more for this hotel. Would not visit this hotel again. Horrible for the price paid, totally not worth it.. service is also very bad. only had one hotel staff at night when many ppl were checking in at the same time and we had to wait for quite awhile. The staff were not friendly too.. no service recovery as well, until we had to request many times.

Stayed here on my birthday. It was a o close to the train station! Everything was so easy and convenient. Clean and great experience. Staff was lovely. Definitely recommend.

Clean ,comfortable rooms and capable staff. Excellent location.

Good location just in front of “ glam hotel@ in front of central train station which is convenient to travel, the hotel was quite new but one elevator was out of order so need to wait for more than 10mins to get down since the elevator is quite small if you need to bring the luggages with you and there is no porter to help the luggages since there is a lot of steps in front door! However, the reception is very friendly and helped me arrange a bigger and quiet room to sleep, will come back again in my next trip!

Near with metro and milano station.

Good location very central to shops, restaurants, train etc. No Kettle, no tea, no coffee, no sweeteners, no cutlery, no complimentary water, no bathrobe, no hair conditioner. I came back from shopping and the glass shower door was removed from my bathroom and replaced with a plastic ugly shower curtain with no explanation from the staff. Very basic room for 4 stars

This hotel was everything we could want, clean and modern, affordable, friendly staff and amazing location practically right opposite Milan central train station where you can get to the city centre in 10 minutes. When I come back will stay here again!

Nice room, close to the station. No fridge, no cups. They messed up our booking without informing us. Staff are very nice.

Conveniently located near the Milan Central Station, it is a great start point to explore the city, the subway access is close to the hotel and many restaurants nearby. Although a four star establishment, the rooms are very basic lacking amenities like slippers and free bottles of water, also, for me, the lighting in the room is too dim. I really like the shower, which is spacious and has strong water pressure.

The hotel staff is not helpful. Cannot imagine why the hotel does not have travelling adopter either in the room or can borrow from check in counter as a 4 stars hotel. Also, the room is not clean. Would not book next time.

The hotel is very rigid with the booking policy, even in en emergency to request check out on earlier date than planned, the hotel will not offer refund for the remaining no stay days. Got to be careful when booking this hotel.
