Bilik triple standard terletak di ruang bawah tanah dan tidak mempunyai tingkap! Jika tidak, bersihkan dan dekat dengan stesen pusat. Tempat tidur yang selesa. Saya tidak dapat melakukan lebih dari satu malam.

Location is very good very convenient. Clean and safe.

Smooth check in and friendly staff. Location is right opposite Milano Centrale station which is super convenient. Room is clean but the smell/scent was too strong. No heater either and barely any amenities.

Hotel was great staff were very accommodating and helpful, couldn’t have asked for a more convenient location. My only problem is that the tv is not a smart tv and does not have applications such as Netflix etc. other than that nothing to complain about

I booked a room for 3 people but there are always 2 sets of towels etc. they don’t offer box tissue or other complimentary tea bag or water. Not even a kettle.

We were very specific about where we want to stay in this trip. Near to the train station was a major consideration and we like that this hotel is so near to Milan Centrale. The location was really easy to find 2 wheels bike to cycle to almost anywhere we want in the city centre. By the end of the trip, we wanted Asian food, and we managed to find some good Asian place to eat where is near the hotel.

Very clean, great location, respectful staff—I can’t ask for better. The staff in the reception and the lady in the breakfast room were so calm, friendly, and respectful that I always recommend this hotel to anyone stepping into Milan.

Under same group as HD8, similar style, same cleanliness. I enjoyed my stay there. Recommended. Just across central train station too! Metro is literally 1min walk n it takes less than 20mins to get to Milano Duomo👍🏻recommended.

I had a great stay and this hotel provided us a great support, for example keeping our luggage. In addition, this hotel is very clean and comfortable.

Nice hotel nearby Milan train station. Room is clean and big enough. Hotel staff very friendly and helpful. Recommended for staying for everyone.

Excellent place to stay. Very central and easily to navigate around the city. Lots of restaurants and need not go hungry. Staff are very friendly and we have no trouble getting our request met. Will definitely come back again! Awesome Thank you for a good memory there!
