Ulasan Idea Hotel Milano San Siro

I specifically booked this accommodation to visit the water park, and it was indeed very close, just a few steps away! Unfortunately, the area around it was quite desolate, making it extremely difficult to find food or do any shopping. While the food inside the park wasn't too expensive, it really wasn't very good either. 😂

The price is decent. It's probably the closest and cheapest hotel to the exhibition center. If you have your own car, it's quite convenient. But if you don't, I wouldn't recommend it, as it's surrounded by empty land.

Big clean hotel, bed was VERY big and comfortable but the brekfast didn’t had a many choises for 4* every day was exactly same… shame…. :/

1. I booked a single king room but was given a room with three single beds after check-in. 2. There was no drinking water in the room, no water in the fridge, and no kettle to boil water. 3. The air was incredibly dusty; my phone was covered in a layer of dust after just one night. 4. The soundproofing was terrible; I could clearly hear conversations from the lawn downstairs, as well as footsteps and talking in the hallway. 5. The hotel Wi-Fi didn't work, and neither did the in-room broadband, making it impossible to get any work done.

The location is terrible, and the room hygiene is poor, with many ants. The front desk staff were perfunctory during check-in, and the WiFi didn't work.

Honestly. The worst 4 stars hotel I’ve ever seen. It’s in the middle of nowhere. Staff doesn’t speak proper english, which is not the worst, we can manage. But then we came in the room. The drapes are moldy. There are bugs everywhere. Bathroom is filthy af and not clean at all. Before 5PM you can’t do anything. We arrived at 1PM, check-in is at 3PM, no worries, that’s very normal, but no restaurant in the neighbourhood, their own restaurant opens at 7:30PM, bar at 5PM. Basically left waiting for 2 hours without anything. Worst of all. Our door of the room doesn’t even lock, the safe is broken and unable to use. Not very much a safe feeling. There is vending machines, but only take cash (coins) so not very handy. Ubers don’t come because it’s too hard to reach.

Location was good easily accessible with public transport.

The room was not well maintained. The curtains were hanging poorly, and it was 28 degrees in the room. They had promised me a fan, but it was never brought to the room. Definitely not worth four stars.

Very friendly stuff and clean room!

There is no phone in the room to contact the hotel management when you need any service, you have to go down to the ground floor every time to contact them. Sometimes the power to the rooms is suddenly cut off and the air conditioner stops working. We don't know the reason for this. Does the hotel management do this intentionally to save electricity? The rooms are unclean and there are a lot of mosquitoes in them. The children have suffered from their bites.

There was not water inside of room

Miles from any form of life, bar/restaurant rarely open at all, and staff indifferent, when asked for food/drink, they direct you to a vending machine.. at lunch time!

A run down hotel in a run down location. You get what you pay for.
