Ulasan Metro Hotel Myeongdong

We stayed here for 5 nights, and the location was incredibly convenient. It was super easy to get to from the airport by bus, even with two kids and big luggage. Right downstairs, without even needing to go outside, there's a 7-Eleven and a Starbucks. A chain aesthetic clinic is just a minute's walk away. The subway station is right downstairs, and it's on a direct line to Gyeongbokgung Palace, Lotte World, and Starfield Library, so no transfers needed. Myeongdong Night Market and shopping district are also right downstairs. The hotel front desk staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful! The bedding was comfortable and everything was clean and hygienic! There are paid laundry rooms on the 5th and 7th floors, and a breakfast buffet and gym on the 9th floor! I honestly can't think of anything bad to say! I give it 100 points! I'll definitely stay here again next time!

Staff at reception were really helpful and friendly spoke well English. Hotel have an Exchange Money machine, a lots of places to eat, Starbucks and 7/11 next door. Good Location 2 minutes walk to Myeongdong night market and 5 minutes from Euljiro 1(il)ga MTR Station . Suitable for solo travelers will definitely stay this hotel again.

Excellent hotel. Well located within the Myeongdong area lots of places to eat, have coffee and shopping. Easy access from the Incheon airport with Airport Limousine bus. Comfortable room with enough space to open 2 big cases. Lot of attention to details. Nice shower. Staff at reception were really helpful and spoke very good English. Hotel has 2 laundry areas for self washing and drying clothes for a a fee . Very convenient when travelling. Thank you Metro Hotel. We will go back when coming back to Seoul.

Repeat stay here. Upon arrival, my check in was processed by the very excellent Becky who also had assisted me in my previous stay. Once again, the on-arrival service provided by Becky and the hotel was excellent as usual. Location of the hotel is as good as it can be right in Myeondong and close to the metro station. Rooms were clean and comfortable and the amenities were good. My go to hotel in Seoul. Definitely will be back.

This hotel offers a big room for families with young children… walking distance to myengdong. Just next door is the 7-11 (connected) … 👍

It was my 1st time visiting South Korea, and Metro Hotel made it all the more unforgettable! The room & its amenities were all great! The staff at the front desk were all very helpful whenever I had a question. The cleaning aunties were also very polite whenever I pass by them along the hallway. I was able to sleep & rest inside my room at the end of each day! The hotel in also very near the Green Line (Euljiro1 (il-gga station), which was very convenient! I will definitely book at this hotel during my next visit!

Rooms was big, but laundry service has to pay sad and is only one machine. Room 505 has a smoking smell although it is a non smoking hotel.

The room is big enough for three adults staying comfortably. Bathroom and in room facilities are new and clean, beds are comfortable. Location is excellent, just a few minutes to Myeongdong Main Street. The staff let us check in early too. Highly recommended!

Only 1 service staff at reception, a little short handed. Room is spacious for 4 adults. Location is good and convenient.

The hotel is centrally located in Myeongdong but still very quiet. There are plenty of restaurants and breakfast options nearby, since the hotel does not serve breakfast itself. A Starbucks and a 7-Eleven are conveniently located in the same building. We were overall very satisfied with our stay. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and modern. The only minor issue was that access to the fitness center was difficult, so we did not use it and cannot comment on it.

Location wise is in myeongdong but the interior of the hotel room does not look like per desribed. The lightenings in the room make people dizzy as the light is very dim and structure of the lightenings is minimal.

Excellent location and staff service. Clean and good amenities. Will definitely recommend for family. Room is of the right size for 4 pax and toilet has a bathtub.

We booked this hotel because it’s close to the Euljiro 1(il)-ga MTR station in Myeongdong. This was our second time staying here. The Comfort Twin room was very spacious, and all the staff were incredibly friendly. There are plenty of food options and shops in the vicinity. A highly recommended hotel!

Excellent location. Friendly and helpful service from reception staff. Would definitely be worth a repeated stay. Super convenient with Musinsa, Blue Elephant, Olive Young, food street, bingsu, Myeongdong underground shopping, Lotte within 5 minutes walking distance.
