The Conceirge, Savo, went above and beyond and completely exceeded our expectations when assisting us with travel plans. The room was cleaned twice daily. Front desk staff were all professional and kind. The food was wonderful. Our room had a lovely view of the park. We enjoyed the walk to the Duomo and charm of the surrounding area. We were happy with everything this hotel had to offer.

Abbiamo soggiornato all’hotel Meliá a fine Agosto La posizione è ottima , a due minuti a piedi dalla fermata Lotto (metro rossa) che in poche fermate porta al Duomo, e a 10 minuti a piedi da San Siro Hall di grande impatto Camere pulite ma un po’ antiquate soprattutto nel bagno.( doccia nella vasca da bagno ) Non ci sono prese elettriche vicino al letto. Personale molto gentile e cordiale Colazione a buffet buona e ben assortita. (20 euro a testa) Parcheggio in strada a pagamento (2euro l’ora) oppure convenzionato è coperto accanto all’hotel.

Anche se sono stata a pranzo al VMaison vari mesi fa, ricordo molto bene l'esperienza che è stata molto buona. Ho ordinato dei fantastici club-sandwitchs, consigliatissimi, ed un ottimo tiramisù. Al di là della qualità delle pietanze, il contesto del ristorante è incantevole, all'interno di un boutique hotel stupendo e molto raffinato. But, there is this amazing park-area in the back. It looks like an endless forest but it's in the middle of Milano! A long breakfast, sitting in the outdoor area would have been so nice. A slightly smaller hotel on the outskirts of the city centre. Inside the hotel, everything is a bit tighter and not quite as big. Space in the room is sufficient. Reception is one person at a larger round table. The staff is friendly and helpful. The entrance to the hotel is only accessible via steps, no ramp. We were lucky and could park in front of the hotel on the central reservation of the two parallel streets, otherwise there is a parking garage of the hotel. We had a room facing the main road. It is a bit noisy at night because of the cars and the tram. Sleeping with the window open is not really possible. The air conditioning can only be set to a maximum of 19 degrees at the lowest temperature. If you leave the window closed, it is actually too warm. Beds are otherwise good. There is a kettle, a small fridge with 2 cans of water that are refilled daily. Breakfast room (which is also the restaurant and bar in the evening) is quite small. Breakfast is ok, but the same every day. Even for Easter there was nothing ”Eastery”, no Easter decorations or the like. The tram stop is directly in front of the hotel and it takes about 20 minutes to get to the centre and the cathedral. The hotel is okay for a city trip, but the neighbourhood around it is not very clean and there are many apartment blocks. Across the street (about 5 minutes walk) there is a big, great shopping centre with a large grocery shop, other shops, smaller self-service restaurants and an ice cream parlour (which is highly recommended!).

This is my second time at Hotel Tocq, there’s no better recommendation than that. The location is great, near Garibaldi station so not far from the central station either but in a much nicer and safer area. Well connected with metro, tram and suburban train. Walking distance to a lot of nice areas. The breakfast buffet is rich, it has a lot of savoury and sweet options and also caters to vegans and lactose intolerant. The staff is friendly and quite helpful. I would only improve on some things included in the room: -the slippers (there’s always one pair instead of two, but they will give you the other if requested); -there’s no where to put the soap so maybe a hand soap dispenser would be better than the bar soap; - for lingerie stays it could be useful to have somewhere to store the clothes, am armoire or some drawers.

숙소는 두오모와 걸어서 13분정도 거리이며, 쇼핑하고 외식하기 좋은 장소입니다. 유럽에서 가격대비 안좋은 시설만 많이 봤는데 여긴 좋더라구요. 일단 리셉션 굉장히 친절! 냉장고에 든 물은 유료이나 커피머신 옆에 우유패키지처럼 든 물은 무료입니다. 조식은 가짓수는 작았지만 리얼 벌꿀이 진짜 너무 맛있고 커피도 맛있었어요. 그리고 로비에는 과채수를 준비해두셔서(낮에만) 로비이용시 많은 도움을 받았어요. 무엇보다 리셉션분들의 친절함에 밀라노에서 좋은 기억으로 돌아갑니다! 아 근데 M2 지하철 타고 갔는데 올라갈때 계단밖에 없어서 팔운동 심하게 했네요 ㅠ M1출구가 더 가까우니 환승해서 그쪽으로 오시는게 더 나을수도 있어요(리프트 있는지는 모르겠지만…)

It is conveniently located close to the start/end, they have private parking, they offered me early breakfast and late check-out perfectly in time with the race timings. Last but not least, staff is very kind and in particular Willy made all possible efforts to ensure that also my family with a little kid could enjoy the stay while I was participating in the competition. Very recommended.

He simply made our gastronomic experience unforgettable, he recommended an amazing place for pizza and was spot on when suggesting a place for traditional milanese cuisine, we had an awesome time and enjoyed delicious food thanks to him. It did not stop there, he also helped us in finding a super nice Gym and spa. I highly recommend this hotel, specially for the location, breakfast and how well they treat their guests.

We chose this hotel mainly for the price but also because of the location. We quite like the neighborhoods around Corso Sempione as there are some good restaurants and cafés nearby and you can walk to Citylife in 15 minutes. The tram stop (trams 1 and 19) is almost in front of the hotel and the Domodossola station (metro and train) is just a 10 minute walk away. We used the S4 train leaving from that station to go to Bovisa where you can change to Malpensa Express. Apparently the hotel is under renovation and some of the rooms have already been renovated, which is something we realized from looking at the hotel website. However our room was old and dated. The ventilation grille had a lot of dust in it and you had to use a lot of force to close front door. There was a balcony and I'm sure the safety of it has been tested but we did not feel very comfortable going there. Furniture, bathroom, floor - very old and worn out. The bed was excellent although the mattress could be too hard for some. The feature we were most happy about was obviously the air conditioning because during our stay the temperatures in Milan rose to +35 degrees Celsius. We had payed for a bed and breakfast package and the breakfast was actually quite ok and plentiful for a hotel of this price level. All the members of the staff we talked to were friendly and polite. At the moment Hotel Nasco claims to be a 4 star hotel. Based on our two nights here I would rate it as a 3 star hotel at most but I'm sure the renovations will change this.

Hotel estremamente molto caro per la categoria dello stesso. € 180,00 a notte sono letteralmente uno sproposito per un hotel di 3 stelle che tra l'altro si trova molto lontano dal centro specialmente se comparato a competitor diretti. Da Piazza Cavour all'hotel ho impiegato circa 35 minuti con il Tram numero 1 giusto per rendervi conto quanto questo hotel sia lontano dal centro. Colazione a buffet veramente scarsa oserei definirla da spilorci. Tutti prodotti industriali di bassissima qualità presi al discount Non è presente al buffet uno scaldavivande per mantenere i cibi sempre caldi. Di bacon neanche l'ombra. Era presente una frittata visibilmente di laboratorio e non fatta in casa messa su un piatto senza che la stessa si mantenesse sempre calda. All'atto del check-in ho fatto presente che la TV non funzionava bene ovvero il segnale di tanto in tanto scompare e che sarebbe stato necessario un intervento del tecnico. I canali vanno e vengono. Ho dovuto far presente altresì 2 volte al ricevimento che la cassaforte in camera non funzionava e che bisognava solo cambiare le batterie. Probabilmente in questo hotel non sanno cosa sia il passaggio di consegne tra il collega che termina il proprio turno di lavoro ed il collega che inizia il proprio turno. Sembra che il personale lavori non con passione per questo lavoro ma solo per prendere lo stipendio a fine mese. Lavorando in albergo noto subito questa tipologia di dipendenti. Da evitare assolutamente

La stanza singola che mi è capitata era un po' piccola ma non presentava particolari difetti, forse un buon consiglio sarebbe quello di mettere a disposizione una coperta in più 😁 buona la colazione ma il vero segreto è la gentilezza del personale! Sicuramente da riprovare

Too much money for the value I received. They gave me a quiet room, i guess, as I requested. I did not have the time to check because when I intered the room I was struck by a strong and unpleasant odor. I am not so fussy but this time it was bad enough to make me go to the reception to ask for another room. I got one which smelled ... Like somebody stayed there. Or like a room which was not cleaned well. It has the most buzzard bathroom I have ever seen: there was a wall in the middle of of the room leaving only 0.5m to get from the sink or the shower to the toilet seat. Between the toilet seat and the bidet there were at most 30cm. Seating on the toilet seat you would literally have the bidet between your legs. The shower cabin was so small that I, having a little bit broader shoulders, was hitting it when turning and wiping. The appliances showed a lot of wear and tea. In the shower cabin there was only one shower head, fixed on the ceiling. No mobile shower head. Yes, they had furniture that you find in expensive hotels. But that was a bit damaged. There is a lot of marble at the reception but that does not improve the room I stayed in. And I found something in the room that looked like a little rock ... Or a nasty toe nail. The overall impression is that of a once very nice 4-stars hotel that was not and is not taken care of correctly. I have been in many 3-stars hotel that looked better than this, with large bathroom and shower cabin everything new and working perfectly, that have a much more reasonable price. Again, too expensive for what they are offering.
