Abbiamo soggiornato all’hotel Meliá a fine Agosto La posizione è ottima , a due minuti a piedi dalla fermata Lotto (metro rossa) che in poche fermate porta al Duomo, e a 10 minuti a piedi da San Siro Hall di grande impatto Camere pulite ma un po’ antiquate soprattutto nel bagno.( doccia nella vasca da bagno ) Non ci sono prese elettriche vicino al letto. Personale molto gentile e cordiale Colazione a buffet buona e ben assortita. (20 euro a testa) Parcheggio in strada a pagamento (2euro l’ora) oppure convenzionato è coperto accanto all’hotel.

The Conceirge, Savo, went above and beyond and completely exceeded our expectations when assisting us with travel plans. The room was cleaned twice daily. Front desk staff were all professional and kind. The food was wonderful. Our room had a lovely view of the park. We enjoyed the walk to the Duomo and charm of the surrounding area. We were happy with everything this hotel had to offer.

Anche se sono stata a pranzo al VMaison vari mesi fa, ricordo molto bene l'esperienza che è stata molto buona. Ho ordinato dei fantastici club-sandwitchs, consigliatissimi, ed un ottimo tiramisù. Al di là della qualità delle pietanze, il contesto del ristorante è incantevole, all'interno di un boutique hotel stupendo e molto raffinato. Due to work, I've stayed in lots of hotels, in different countries. This is the first time I really wanted to have more time in the hotel. Lovely indoor facilities of course. But, there is this amazing park-area in the back. It looks like an endless forest but it's in the middle of Milano! A long breakfast, sitting in the outdoor area would have been so nice. Next time..........

A slightly smaller hotel on the outskirts of the city centre. Inside the hotel, everything is a bit tighter and not quite as big. Space in the room is sufficient. Reception is one person at a larger round table. The staff is friendly and helpful. The entrance to the hotel is only accessible via steps, no ramp. We were lucky and could park in front of the hotel on the central reservation of the two parallel streets, otherwise there is a parking garage of the hotel. We had a room facing the main road. It is a bit noisy at night because of the cars and the tram. Sleeping with the window open is not really possible. The air conditioning can only be set to a maximum of 19 degrees at the lowest temperature. If you leave the window closed, it is actually too warm. Beds are otherwise good. There is a kettle, a small fridge with 2 cans of water that are refilled daily. Breakfast room (which is also the restaurant and bar in the evening) is quite small. Breakfast is ok, but the same every day. Even for Easter there was nothing ”Eastery”, no Easter decorations or the like. The tram stop is directly in front of the hotel and it takes about 20 minutes to get to the centre and the cathedral. The hotel is okay for a city trip, but the neighbourhood around it is not very clean and there are many apartment blocks. Across the street (about 5 minutes walk) there is a big, great shopping centre with a large grocery shop, other shops, smaller self-service restaurants and an ice cream parlour (which is highly recommended!).

I stayed here for two nights and it was a great decision. Hotel is very comfortable and peaceful, in a quiet zone of the city. The staff were very kind and helpful, what a pleasure for a tired customer after a long journey! Bar is nice and the food was great as well. I have only good things to say! Recommended - I will definitely stay there again. Thankyou to everybody.

Very nice hotel in Milan, easy to reach the center by the near station. The restaurant ”eat to me” is very good, especially for the service of the kind Sonia and the great Miky (oldi) at the bar! I suggest the typical Italian dishes and the cocktails. We will for sure come back soon!

This hotel is ran by the most loveliest polite staff, who are always willing to help. The room was extremely clean and spacious. The beds were also so so comfy. It’s in a great location being a 2min walk away from the metro and 25min walk from the san siro. This place is definitely great value for money and I would stay here again! Only rating 4/5 due to limited breakfast but I would say the breakfast is bonus within the price for the value for money it is!!

Very good Budget Hotel. All the staff are lovely. The rooms are dated but solid with loads of extras like a hair dryier, kettle etc, The Breakfast options and room are good. The area is not central to Milan but your not paying Milan central prices. so bare this in mind when reading negative reviews. Also 10 min walk away is a lovely shopping centre, that has food hall that has options to suit all tastes and much cheaper then Milan central prices. Ideal for a few days exploring the area.

Disappointing and horrible service! We check in here last night and to start off, the hallways are so dark, it’s like a horror movie. Not the kind of hallway you would want for a vacation. The room is not sound proof so we can hear a couple next door fighting for an hour in the morning. Ohhhh and there’s no free coffee, they charge for a coffee and as well as getting our clothes ironed! We called to ask if they can deliver us an iron board since in our stay in Rome & Florence, we had access to it with no issue. Here they charge to iron your clothes and we couldn’t get the iron in our room. For the price they are charging, it’s not worth it!

Awful. This hotel room was truly disgusting. If it was a budget hostel I would still be complaining. Firstly, this hotel is not cheap so you do expect a certain level of decency. Upon arrival the guy at reception will do very little in regards to customer service or even bother with eye contact. You will then proceed into what is a dated hotel with no amenities. Upon entering the room you won’t be finding much at all, this only highlights the amount of disrepair and uncleanliness of your room. The smell of mould will soon catch your attention and lead you into what is the most offensive bathroom I have ever seen. Mould on every surface and cracks in the toilet. No attempt has been made to clean away the mouldiness for update any of the broken things such as the toilet seat, shower door or manky handles. This bathroom was a health hazard and should not be functioning as a vacant room. If you can endure the filth don’t expect a good night sleep, the property has a vintage lift which will keep you awake alongside heavy doors being slammed. If there is a respite in internal movements the busy road and junction outside is more than enough to keep you awake. As for the location, there is literally nothing nearby, no shops no restaurants no places of interest. Avoid.

We (3 couples) stayed in the Hotel Oro Blu, Milan and we were all very happy with this Hotel, it's staff and it's location. We had booked Deluxe Double rooms and these rooms were on the third floor (there is a small lift), were spotlessly clean and very comfortable. We had room 301 and were abruptly awoken before 7am on the Friday morning, as this is the day the laundry is collected, and the access is just outside this room! Matteo checked us in and he was very efficient and also very helpful with local tourist information. All the reception staff were very friendly and helpful. There is a nice seating area in reception, but unfortunately there is no bar in this hotel. The breakfast was standard continental fare, in a rather small dining area. The food and beverages provided were adequate. The hotel is located just about a 100 metres from an entrance to the Lotto metro station, and we found it easy to travel around Milan, from this location. The San Siro is about a 15 minute walk from the hotel. We got 3 day travel tickets, which cost €13 each (for metro, tram & bus) and found these to be great value. We would be happy to return to this hotel, if we visit Milan again.

Camera confortevole, ben riscaldata, e soprattutto pulita. Il ricevimento molto accogliente, presente e disponibilissimo. Emilio top attento ai dettagli. Basti pensare che ha cosperso di sale il percorso dal cancello all’ingresso per evitare che si scivolasse.
