I was disappointed in the general condition of the place. Most HIExpress's I've stayed in were new and this one was obviously reconditioned. While my general attitude about a place like this is it's someplace to sleep, I guess I expected something slightly better. On the plus side, the breakfast was terrific.

Front desk was very rude. Our room had bugs and we were told there was no manager on site. We didn’t even spend the night as my family and I were very uncomfortable. We were probably there 30 minutes and left. Waste of money

Do not believe the positive reviews. There is no way the positive reviews are actually from guests stayed here. Walked in, staff was chatting behind counter, took a few minute to greet me, took 10 min for some reason to get me checked in with reso. Then got to room and it it just was dirty, little things here and there. Inside door handle was sticky and red, toilet handle fell off everytime we flushed, random garbage already on floor throughout room, sheets had dirt on them, boxing under bed was broken and we slept on an angle. Pool area was extremely dirty and not maintained at all. 40 kids and 4 adults in there all weekend. No supervision, children as young as 3/4 in hot tub with siblings supervising them. Guests yelling and people in and out all night, **** smell in hallway constantly. Came here with family and young kids and I will never be back. Not worth it. We wanted it for the nice looking pool, but it is far from it. Under staffed. Management did not care when I let them know of these things. The only good thing was the hot breakfast.

The check in, amazing. Lobby looks clean and updated. The woman, Angela who checked us in, remarkable. A great representation of your business. Poolside rooms were perfect when you have small children.

Upon entering the room i quickly realized it was filthy. We couldnt find the TV remote so I pulled out the sofa bed to not only find the remote but tons of trash, garbage,and smashed candy on the cushions. I can handle little mishaps but there were kids toys, pop cans, candy wrappers and more. If a housekeeping missed that then i question if bed sheets were even washed. Managment offered to upgrade our room to the 2nd floor and we accepted. An hour after getting settled in we realized we were charged $312 instead of $212 for our room. Fast forward to our pool time, as we were trying to enter the pool area we were quickly stopped and told we needed wrist bands. When we checked it, there was no mention of needing a wrist band. Then we couldnt use the hot tub as planned because there were 20-30 little kids splashing around in it as if it was a bath tub. Again, hotel workers were busy monitoring wrist bands but failed to monitor hot tub capacity. We left the pool area after a short time because it was not enjoyable. We thought we would run down the road to grab a quick bite and after returning we had no where to park. The street was even full. We parked in a nearby parking lot and had to walk back to the hotel. I wish there was a place to share photos here. Ive read bad reviews before and always said it couldnt have been that bad. Dont even get me started on the noisy neighbors during. Believe me when ii tell you, its not a good place to stay. Find a different hotel.

They like to steal! Housekeeping.. 100 percent I left my sons jacket in the closet called that night.. and said housekeeping found nothing..

First room the bed frame was moved way out from wall and appeared to be cracked. Gentleman at front desk was very nice and I came down and got keys for a smaller room. This one was also in need of work, both bed frames creaked loudly. And some paint and a dusting is needed

The mattress hasn’t been comfortable the last two visits. The shower area needs some cleaning and repair. Breakfast had lots of choices; particularly appreciated Greek yogurt choice. Friendly staff. Close to the airport without landing noise.
