[Not cost-effective] Pros: The room was relatively clean and tidy, the housekeeping staff were very polite, and breakfast included everything you'd expect, even cold tofu skin salad 👍 Cons: 1. The biggest complaint was the hotel's housekeeping and front desk staff's inconsistency. Due to a miscalculation of the Russian e-visa processing time, we booked two extra nights in a standard room at the same hotel on another platform. We had confirmed with the hotel's WhatsApp customer service before check-in that we wouldn't need to change rooms. However, when we arrived at the hotel late at night, the front desk coldly told us we had to change rooms without a single apology, simply stating that they had made a mistake. This was the only time during our trip to Belarus that we experienced the Soviet-style ironclad service. 2. When we called the front desk to request complimentary bottled water, their first reaction was to ask me to pay. They only agreed to bring water after explaining that the room hadn't been cleaned that day. However, it didn't arrive for over an hour. It only arrived after a second call. 3. The hotel's soundproofing is so-so. 4. Single female travelers should avoid staying on the third floor facing outwards; the window opens onto a platform! 5. One day at breakfast, a white female waitress asked me for my room number twice. She didn't ask other white guests nearby, but came to us twice. What did that mean? Overall, Belarus and Minsk exceeded my expectations, but this hotel was the only flaw of the trip.

The hotel is very good! Nice and clean rooms, furniture is beyond praise, very beautiful! For the first time I see that at breakfast (the "Buffet" system) there is an opportunity to make coffee with lactose-free milk! And there is also a coffee machine in the room! Only for this you can give the highest rating! There is also a choice of where to leave the car - a free fenced area, or a paid parking with access directly from the hotel by elevator.

The room, although small, is very cozy. My husband and I came to Minsk for a celebration, we needed a place located nearby with a double bed and breakfast. Bon met all our wishes in full. The room has everything you need (but there are no slippers, it says to ask for them at the reception). The room has a safe, a refrigerator filled with goodies (for an additional fee), no kettle. The towels are clean, the bathroom has a glass partition, a large washbasin and three-layer toilet paper 👍. I will attach all the photos. I would like to separately note the breakfast 🍳. It is super-tasty and varied, we have no nuances in nutrition, so we just had a hearty and tasty breakfast)

The hotel is about one kilometer from Pushkin Metro Station (No. 220), and it's a bit of a walk after exiting the metro. There's a cemetery opposite the hotel, which I found unpleasant. Also, there's a hidden camera in the hotel, directly facing the bed. It's probably installed on the TV, and it was definitely installed by scammers in China who will secretly film you and then send blackmail text messages to your phone. I strongly advise against booking this hotel.

Good hotel for its money. The room is a bit small, many amenities are provided upon request - there are signs about this. Breakfasts are monotonous, but tasty.
