Great location, the hotel is quite new. Couldn't observe any issues with facility. Service is great, staff are ready to help. The only area for improvement is breakfast - it seemed to me too limited.

什麼都好，房間大，衞生好。唯一美中不足的是早餐，沒什麼選擇，也不好吃。熱的東西也很少，但是都是什麼油膩得炸土豆餅，或者裏面裹了醬外面有點硬的餅。

太一般了，完全不值這個價。 首先浴室沒有放衞生紙，還是主動跟前台要的，牙膏牙刷也要主動要。 其次酒店附近在施工，每天都很吵，天黑的晚，一直到晚上九十點鐘都還有施工。同時酒店內部可能剛裝修完，走廊一股味道，房間內味道不大。 早餐也很一般，沒啥可選的，基本就三四種主食，餐廳服務人員還不錯，服務意識強一些，其他實在一般

Отель заслуживает 4 звёзд,персонал вежливый,несколько минусов было по уборке номера,но в целом нас все устроило.

Удобный номер-студия (есть кухня с холодильником, краном с фильтрованной водой, минимальным набором посуды). Основные достопримечательности - рядом. Рядом также много заведений, где можно вкусно перекусить.

Отличная концепция номера для двух семей, расположен в самом живописном районе Минска.

Очень довольны выбором. Обязательно ещё вернёмся!

Свежий отель, современные номера, очень хорошее расположение в самом центре. Качественный матрас и подушка, в номере есть все необходимое, в т.ч. фен, гладилка и утюг. По соотношению цена/качество, наверное, лучшее предложение в городе.

Хорошее месторасположение, чисто, уютно.

This stay at The Basilian Minsk, Curio Collection by Hilton was already the third in the last year and, as in previous times, we have no doubts about our choice. And first of all, we would like to thank the front office staff: Alexandra, Lolita, Tatyana and Marta, because it is their responsiveness and professionalism that determine the first and overall positive impression of the hotel. It is nice that for almost three years of operation, the hotel premises have retained a fresh, neat and cozy appearance. We will not comment on the design of the premises and the quality of the dishes served for breakfast - this is a matter of personal requests and preferences. We were quite satisfied with everything. Perhaps, 70 Belarusian rubles (about $ 20) per person for breakfast at The Basilian is indeed a bit expensive. But within walking distance from the hotel there are both a lot of fast food establishments from world brands, as well as a sufficient number of local cafes for every taste and budget. The only thing that, in our opinion, needs to be optimized is the placement of dishes during breakfast. For example, the sleeves and other elements of clothing of visitors putting dishes from heated trays on their plates inevitably end up above the open containers with other dishes located below on the stepped shelves, which is not very pleasant or hygienic. All in all, thank you and see you soon!

What a pity. This could have been 5 stars but there is one glaring, huge problem. This hotel has a contract with a taxi firm that charges a whopping 160 ruble hourly flat rate. Therefore a pick up from the airport will cost 160 rubles for a 40 minute drive, as will a 5-10 minute taxi ride to the railway station. For comparison the Hampton in Minsk costs 80 rubles to/from the airport and even that's on the expensive side. This essentially means that if you are elderly, have a problem walking, heavily pregnant or have a few children to watch over, then a short taxi ride to the city centre is going to be very expensive. Sure, if you can speak Russian then you can arrange your own taxi to pick up from the street adjacent, or if indeed you are confident using the metro or bus (both not too far away) then this is not too much of a problem. But for me it was. I had a 7am train next day, the station a 40 minute walk away. I needed to be certain that a taxi would be there ready and waiting, but no way was I paying 160 rubles! Next day I had a very pleasant 5am walk which was lovely in summer but probably a very different walk (skate!) in winter. I just wanted a taxi, not a 40 minute walk carrying 15kg on my back! Lovely room, a very helpful pleasant and professional receptionist, in a very clean hotel located in a safe area. Well done the employees who are being let down by a ridiculous taxi policy.
