It's good location . Nice , clean room I enjoy stay safe

Breakfast and service are very good, and the check-in experience is very good. In addition, can you provide disposable slippers?

It's close to the seaside, and the price for a three-bed room is very affordable. The hotel's luggage storage and taxi booking services are also pretty good.

Everything was very good, the only problem is that when we arrived there was no light for about 3 hours and to enter the rooms we had to go back to reception, on the other hand everything was very clean, very well treated and the food was delicious

The room is old, there are no slippers, toothpaste and toothbrush, and no bottled water.

I am rating our stay as average due to a number of reasons: 1. The hotel can do some refurbishment as some areas appear to be a little dated. 2. Management need to hone in on their services a) we had no bar soap when we first checked into our room; b) the room had a very decent bar space with sink but no small electrical appliance (such as kettle) and there was only 1 glass and no cups, only paper cups for a small coffee machine so not sure why the space if they are not utilising it; c) we also requested for the kitchen to help heat up food from our leftover lunch but was told they don’t have a microwave which was very unusual!

We arrived very early the day of check in, the staff were super friendly and for a small fee we were able to check in at 8:30am and we received a room upgrade which was a bonus. The hotel itself is clean and the staff are friendly and attentive. Location of the hotel is pretty good, walkable to many touristy places in Miraflores, food places and Kennedy Park to name a few.

Omar, the doorman was so friendly and helpful! Always seemed cheerful and a desire to help out with whatever we needed. Very appreciative of his directing us to Inca Market!

Clean, quiet, staff friendly and professional. Rooms need some updates such as more electrical plugs. Shower tub slippery. Breakfast excellent and convenient.

Overall it was a very good stay. We only stayed for one night as we were leaving to Cusco on the next day. Pros: Very friendly and attentive staff. Omar gave us dining recommendations and was extremely helpful. Kudos to him! Everyone was super friendly and helpful. Complimentary breakfast has a wide variety of food. Also, the hotel location is unbeatable. Cons: Hotel could probably aware guests about the tiny parking space. Parking is a little bit tricky since a small elevator has to be used. SUVs are a little tricky to park there. Also, some of the facilities are starting to get a little old, nothing too bad but some minor improvements could go far. Overall, great experience.

A very loud party was in the courtyard with loud music and girls screaming. Even on the 11th floor we could not sleep until it stopped at 10.A hotel is for sleep and relaxation. Unable to access the courtyard for a drinks and relaxation as an evening show was in the dining area so you couldn’t access the courtyard. as gold card members, we had to beg for a late checkout.

Great hotel, the staff was great and the neighborhood was a fun place to be. I would recommend to anyone.
