Beautiful and quiet inn and spa hotel. Luxurious rooms and heavenly bed. Perfect place for a relaxing getaway and to stay somewhere more special than a regular hotel. I can’t wait to return.

I stayed for three days with my daughter for a mom and daughter trip. Appearance is beautiful and desk staff was nice and helpful but I don’t think the room we stayed is appropriate for guests who pay for it. I chose this place for a free parking and close to YYZ. The room was incredibly small and structurally wrong for people to move inside the room. The washroom door fully didn’t open and the ceiling was very low so I had to be very careful not to bump my head to the ceiling. The room picture they posted on the website looked great and cozy but that isn’t important anymore if we can’t move around. One more, they had a wedding party on the second day and very loud music was on by 1 am and next day there was another party but it wasn’t that loud. You have to check if they have party guests during your staying before you book.

The building itself is gorgeous, however, upon arrival, the hotel had our reservation wrong. They had us booked in a Queen room, when I had booked a king room. When I went downstairs and showed them my confirmed reservation, the front desk (Denise) insisted I had reserved a queen because that was what her paperwork said. Even after I showed her my confirmed online reservation and email that clearly stated king, she insisted it was a queen. The fact that I could clearly show what I had booked and that the hotel’s information was wrong seemed to be up for discussion. Furthermore, the hotel had no elevator and she acted like it was an inconvenience to help us with our bags. Another staff member (Jason) helped us upstairs. He is a shining star when it comes to service and friendliness. Once we had the room sorted out, I went to take a shower only to unfold the towel and found a wad of someone’s hair and dryer lint in the middle of the towel. I took it downstairs to ask for a new one, and she took the towel, no apology, and said she was too busy to get me a new one at that moment. I went back upstairs and had to wait 30 minutes for new towels. The next day, after housekeeping had cleaned the room and left fresh towels, the towels again had hair and lint in them. The dryer lint trap clearly needs to be cleaned. One look at the heating vent in the bathroom, and you could see cobwebs and dust hanging from the vent. Hopefully this establishment can get their customer service up to par, because I don’t see them lasting long if they don’t. Dirty towels and a rude front desk will deter anyone from repeat stays. One of the worst experiences in a hotel I’ve ever had, I would not recommend anyone stay here.

What a nice surprise. I had seen some earlier ratings that made me stay away, but I finally decided to try it. Love the heritage building. Beds were really comfortable. I was in a smaller room with slanted ceiling but that just made it more quaint. Plus it is literally in the middle of Mississauga but you feel like you are out in the countryside.

Very nice property, though my room had a weird smell to it. Would have given overall 5 stars, but the night I stayed they had a fire and we had to evacuate the building - I know this was not their fault, but they could have offered some sort of discount for the night for the inconvenience.

I had a great stay except for the fire alarm went off and we had to leave the room for awhile, and everything smelt like smoke. Not my most enjoyable experience at such a beautiful place. Disappointing

The hotel was not very busy, and I got the smallest noisiest room I ever got. The rooms in the back of the carriage house sit on or under a ventilation system that will wake you up on a regular schedule. No Sleep.

I am disabled and they had me in a room on the second floor which I couldn’t walk up when there was a room available on the first floor

I had requested early check-in, i.e. 3:00 pm. We arrived at 1:00 pm. The room was ready and we had been upgraded free of charge. The young lady at there front desk was incredibly pleasant, friendly and professional. Our entire stay was excellent.

A nice Inn that feels like you are in a small town, but you’re in a big city! It is close to all the amenities, lots of parking and the room was clean, and quiet (and nicely renovated!) Appreciated the extra space in the Junior King room. Didn’t have time to get to the spa- next time!

This place is a real little gem. Staff is very friendly and attentive. Breakfast was delicious, room was super comfy and clean. The massage at the Spa was amazing.
