The hotel is old but the rooms are big and spacious. Check-in was fast, and the front desk staff was friendly. Free parking. Dennys was on site, which was nice. The pool has a huge water slide.

Thank you for the great service from all the staff esp with the all the front desk and Jean. We had a fantastic stay and all staff were incredibly friendly. The room was clean and well equipped. We also enjoyed the food in the restaurant - great variety and quality

This is a decent conference hotel. Lovely team on site, decent size rooms with a kitchen facility, and a really comfortable bed. The included breakfast is decent and nice choice (including some fresh fruit and porridge). We had some problems with our room but it was dealt with quickly and we changed rooms. It’s about 40 minutes west of downtown Toronto but easily accessible by taxi or the local (Clarkson GO) train station which is less than 2 miles away. The hotel has a 24 hour gym and a swimming pool (quite small but OK).

The staff at this hotel go above and beyond for all guests. We had such a great experience we decided to extend our stay, which the staff were happy to accommodate even managing to let us stay in the same room although they had to move a few things around on their system to do this for us. The manager Shauna was super friendly and couldn’t do enough to help. The suites were beautiful and really clean and fresh. They were also very spacious which is great when you’re travelling with 2 dogs. The entire hotel is kept clean and tidy. Parking is great and we managed to get a space every day. We would definitely return.

I booked this hotel last minute so I didn't do a lot of research on it. I chose it mainly because of the 4+ stars review and it being a Hilton property, so I trusted that. Firstly, the pros - the hotel has everything you need. Breakfast, laundry facilities, pool and business center. The location is close to food and entertainment and also the main highways to get everywhere. The staff is also very nice, and the rooms are spacious. Now onto the real business. When you first walk into the hotel, it looks really nice. The hallways are ok, however we saw a large black bug one night on our way to our room...which we were hoping was a large beetle. It was probably about an 1.5 inches in length - so it was pretty big. We ended up killing it to save the rest of the hotel guests a surprise visit from this bug in their rooms. When we got into our room, it was a similar impression as the overall hotel - it looked nice...until we started settling in. I first did a load of dishes just to make sure they were clean for us to use, but then dishwasher leaked all over the floor! Cleaning that up was definitely not my idea on how to start a hotel stay. As you can see from the pics I provided, the dishwasher is really old. The fridge and microwave felt a little old as well, but not as old as the dishwasher. The dining set looked ok until I dropped something on the floor and saw the bottom of one of the chairs are all torn up. The living room area was the least overall problematic of the entire space, except the tv wouldn't turn on with the remote, so we had to figure out how to manually turn it on. Then to the actual bedroom. The closet door was broken and didn't slide in and out correctly, and there were a lot of marks all over the walls and questionable things stuck to it on some spots. There was also 3 red marks on the carpet that was quite random. The ceiling fan was missing one of the blades. The sink and bathroom area was the worst part. The edges of the mirror was chipping. The ceiling of the bathroom and tiling was very old, and wasn't even caulked correctly. There was dirt in between the tiles behind the toilet. Even the shower knob doesn't stay in place, so when you turn it to set to the temperature you want, it slides back into a different spot. I have a video of it, but this platform doesn't allow to share videos. Overall, the room just felt dingy, old and dirty, and the worst part about it is it's where you would spend your most intimate time in - the bathroom and bedroom, where you need it to be clean. I provided pictures for almost everything that I referenced in this review. It's disappointing because the bones of the room is nice if it was just upgraded and cleaned properly; and just doesn't seem to be in the Hilton standard at all.

The front desk staff were rude and it took 20 minutes to check in - it was pre paid and we were the only ppl there. They then wanted a $250 dollar deposit which is more than I have ever paid at ANY hotel. The shower was broken, overall disappointing

I have booked a room for 3 guest but there are two incidence charges (CAD20x2). According to my travel experience, there should be one charge per room. Upon check out, there is no mention about the refund of incidence charge, UNTIL I raise this question. I think better communication skill can avoid any unnecessary miss-understanding.

The hotel location is quite easy to find . The room is clean and big. As well as the service is great. The breakfast food tastes delicious😋.
