Overall, the hotel makes a very nice and clean impression. However, there are clear weaknesses in the commercial processing. I booked and paid for the room via your platform. After completing the booking, I received an email asking me to check in online. As part of the check-in process, I provided my credit card details. Immediately after the online check-in, my credit card was charged with an amount of approx. 180.00 €. This procedure initially seemed unusual to me, as the room had already been paid for and the hotel already knew my card details. After checking in at the hotel, a further booking of €162.27 was charged to my card. I informed the hotel reception about this and they assured me that these two reserved amounts would be released after check-out. The first reserved amount was released a few days after check-out, but the second was not. On August 26, 2024, my card was debited with €80.93 and on the same day €80.43 was credited again. The result is that my card is still charged today, eleven days after check out, with a reservation of approximately $180.00. I am surprised about such a behavior and have asked the hotel to explain the reasons for the charges on my card. I have already complained to Wyndham and asked the hotel to ensure that the amount -still reserved on my card- is now quickly released.

Great hotel just at the far side of town. Easy to park. Clean spacious rooms. Comfy bed. Nice bathroom. Would stay again.

這個酒店很惡劣！入住後發現窗簾拉不上去，房間很黑，這是基本條件，而且房價很貴，不能接受。要求前台換房間，説沒有了，這時看客人在不斷入住。這種情況慣例是給換房間或升級。通過攜程協調兩次都不行。攜程服務不錯，給了一定賠償作心裏安慰吧。

很新的酒店，但有好幾個地方需要維修了。可見保養也很重要。

離小鎮熱鬧的地方還是遠了點，感覺都到小鎮盡頭了，房間有股味道，不好聞，窗簾和空調的味道，我不是很推薦。 感覺歡朋和假日智選的位置會更好，如果我沒記錯，hyatt place位置好像也不錯。

房間設施和酒店環境相當於國內亞朵以上水平，有國內四星級酒店水平，除了自助早餐不及國內豐富，但算是美式早餐中還不錯的酒店。值得推薦，強烈再次入住。

設施雖然有點時間了，且本身屬於簡約的配置，感覺比較簡單。也位於Moab小鎮的最南邊。但對於這個鎮的選擇算是性價比不錯的。

酒店位置不錯，房間比較一般，臨路較吵，當然和國內不能比，還比不上全季。停車免費，牙具和拖鞋不提供，請自備好。

아치스 국립공원 방문시 숙박하기 좋은 장소. 객실 및 호텔 전반적인 시설 좋고, 직원 친절함. 샤워기 수압이 낮고 조식 메뉴가 다소 적은 것은 단점.
