SO NICE! Had such a kind warm welcome! Great chats with staff and learned more about the region. They kindly suggested places to visit and organised a lovely Balsamico tasting, that was an immersive experience. The only things that would have been better being a 4 star establishment, would have been a colder A/C (better positioned to cool room), some amenities in the room like tea/coffee/sugar and a refrigerator. All-in-all, it was a lovely stay! Thank you for a memorable experience :-)

I just got back from a work trip and had to write a review. This hotel is amazing, the staff were wonderful and honestly delivered the best customer service I have ever come across. Rooms very spacious with a great powerful shower. Breakfast is a must! So much choice and tasted great. The man working at the bar who recommended the local wine was very happy and even with me not speaking Italian, he served me with a smile and the nicest wine I have tasted. I would not hesitate in booking to stay here again and I’m looking forward to my next work trip so I can come back and use the spa facilities again!

My husband and I booked two rooms here with a friend for one night when we were going to Osteria Francescana in May 2024. I loved this B&B so much that I wish we had stayed another night. If we ever go back to Modena, this is where we will stay. The room: The room was absolutely beautiful and very unique with high ceilings, a beautiful Murano glass chandelier, and a well appointed bathroom. The view looked out over a beautiful courtyard that was lit up with lovely lights in the evening. The air conditioning was excellent. The service: The service was excellent. We got in later than expected due to heavy rains and trouble getting a taxi, but Benedetta stayed 30 minutes late to wait for us so she could make sure to tell us about the area, hotel, and let us grab some fruit and pastries since we were leaving early the next morning. She was extremely kind and friendly - one of the nicest people we met during our month in Italy. The location: We picked this hotel because of its proximity to Osteria Francescana (it’s literally across the street, like a one minute walk), but it’s also walking distance to several shops and restaurants - we wish we had stayed longer to explore. I can’t recommend this place enough - it was amazing and very affordable (less than 200 euro per night for our room, and 130 euro per night for our friend’s room) especially compared to the other hotels we stayed at in Italy.

En route to Ancona we planned to stop in Modena to visit the 2 Ferrari museums. The Hotel is perfectly placed to achieve this. The hotel’s reception area and staff were very welcoming. We were assisted with parking our two large motorcycles and then shown to our rooms. Air conditioned and reasonably spacious the rooms for the money we spent are more than fine. Free chilled water in the fridge, very clean rooms and whilst the bathroom is dated it was spotlessly clean. Breakfast offering was extensive and plenty to choose from. More than happy to not only recommend this hotel but would be more than happy to return.

L’hotel è molto bello, nuovo e pulito. Camere silenziose ed immerso nel verde. Da considerare il fatto che non c’è la reception con i pro ed i contro del caso. Nota negativa la colazione…manca il salato, mentre il dolce è tutto confezionato, ad eccezione di poche brioches di pasticceria, peró anch’esse in sacchetti di plastica. Visto il prezzo ed il genere di hotel, sarebbe meglio eliminare la roba confezionata e mettere meno cose ma fresche. Inoltre, di brioches di pasticceria ce n’era una per tipo, quindi se due clienti volessero la stessa, chi prima arriva meglio alloggia. Suggerirei di mettere un paio di crostate e delle brioches fresche vuote, così ognuno se la farcisce come vuole. Al ristorante annesso ma credo di altra proprietà, si mangia molto bene, forse se facessero anche una sorta di mezza pensione, attirerebbero anche più clienti.

Hotel is fairly new. 10 minutes walking to old town where are all the historical sites and restaurant located. The restaurant next door offer very good food, if you do not want to walk to old town. You can choose your pillow which is pretty good. Bed is firm. The on5 complain I have is there is no electric pot for boiling water. The water from the coffee maker smell coffee, so not a good replacement.
