Second stay here. Large, clean modern rooms. Spectacular view from the pool terrace. Will stay again. Gym needs some repair work though.

I cycled here from Phuket. Booked the hotel as it seemed to be the main one in the area. Had both dinner and breakfast in the hotel. Everything was great, would recommend if you need to stay in this area.

WHAT A WONDERFUL RESORT!!! ❤️❤️ the room is huge and clean. we arrived early around 11-ish but receptionist is kind enough to per us check in immediately because according to her the room is ready. they even decorate the bed for our honeymoon. they serve welcome drink (non alcohol) as well which we can enjoy up until 6pm at the beach bar. the private pool is great but since my room is facing the middle walkway to pass through other room, we had less privacy. my honest opinion, please add more tree or fence to golive the guest more privacy while enjoying the private swimming pool. locationwise, i find it serene and peaceful. the breakfast was okay, but less option for halal food. overall, im greatly satisfied with the resort.

This Hotel is one of the nicest Hotels I've ever stayed at and all the staff members were really friendly and helpful! Pang on reception was a really helpful and smiley Young lady, I also liked the Chef who cooked the eggs I called him ”The Happy Chef” as he was always smiling 😊 Great value for money 10 out of 10.

Overall, it’s a great place to stay if you value a quiet, relaxed environment, good food, and a pleasant atmosphere, just be prepared for the additional cost and Wi-Fi limitations.

I loved this hotel very much. So beautiful garden and view from the chalet! Very spacious and beautifully decorated room. Very quite area and 3 min walk from the beach. Breakfast are pretty good with a lot of options. I ll come back again!

Beautiful set hotel with nice facilities and romantic jungle bungalows. Rather isolated location. Public facilities were nice and clean and staff friendly discrete and helpful. Restaurant was beautifully located and served excellent food. Everywhere you go you'll discover new amazing spots and natural treasures or meet all kinds of wildlife. You can take tbousands of fotos. Stunning views. Bungalows are nice and romantic on first sight but not clean when you take a closer look. Dust, dirt, cobwebs and all kinds of insects around. But hey you're in the jungle. Only real bad thing was the musty smell of beds, aircon and pillows. Wasn t an invitation to sleep in such beds. One day no housekeeping at all. Hotel overcharges on transportation. Get it cheaper from outside the hotel area.

This makes it convenient for guests to explore and indulge in the local flavors. 5) The breakfast at Hotel Gahn Khao Lak is simple yet delicious. It offers a variety of options to suit different preferences, and it's a great way to start your day on a positive note. 6) On a hot day, the hotel's refreshing little pool is a fantastic spot to take a dip and cool off. It provides a relaxing oasis where you can unwind and enjoy the tropical surroundings. 7) The owner and staff of the hotel are incredibly friendly and welcoming. They go above and beyond to ensure that guests have a pleasant stay and are always ready to assist with any queries or requests. Cons: 1) One issue I encountered during my stay was the presence of lizards and flying pests, especially in rooms with balconies. While this may be a common occurrence in tropical settings, it can be unsettling for some guests. 2) The housekeeping service could use some improvement, particularly in terms of towel change and cleaning of used cups. It would be beneficial if these aspects were given more attention to enhance the overall cleanliness of the rooms. Rating: 8.5/10 In conclusion, Hotel Gahn Khao Lak offers a memorable stay with its good location, beautiful ambiance, authentic cuisine, and friendly staff. Doesn't provide toothbrush/toothpaste until you request, they also don't give you sufficient as I stayed there 3night, asked to buy my own toothpaste. But location is good if you want to be by the beach else it's kinda far from everywhere, best to have your own transport if you plan to go out, altho there is PAID shuttle service to ban hiang. But this place knows how to squeeze you it's pretty in nowhere. They have a convenience shop at hotel front which is pricey. Cleanliness is ok, but considering old hotel, you get some dirty corners. And bed was tad hard, tv limited channels.

The resort was great from the front desk service (open 24/7) to the swimming pool, there really is nothing negative to say. The room was clean and the bed comfy, the breakfast had a range of choices and the hotel still stays friendly and helpful when you have already checked out but need to stay for your next move. Would definitely recommend it.

Very peaceful and quiet. Good for a couple retreat. The food is generally catered to foreigners but the staff are willing to cook to suit your taste preferences. The restaurant staff are very attentive and good.

Отличный тихий и уютный отель. Останавливались на 2 недели. Основные гости-европейские пенсионеры. Номера с выходом на бассейн. Номера большие, Смарт ТВ нет-обычные телевизоры. Персонал очень приветливый и доброжелательный. Завтраки с большим выбором, но каждый день одно и то же. Ресторан при отеле устраивает еженедельные барбекю и другие акции для гостей. Сам отель не на первой линии, до пляжа нужно идти метров 200, а до хорошего пляжа нужно ехать. Но это проблема не отеля, а места. Мы каждый день ездили 15 мин на White sand beach.

Iaitu, biliknya sangat cantik, sangat bersih, perlindungan COVID sangat baik sejak anda melangkah ke hotel. Rasa selamat Kerana saya membawa anak saya yang berusia 11 bulan. Sejak diatur Buka ruang, wow, itulah suasananya Rasa alami, tenang, sesuai untuk bersantai, bilik yang indah, kolam renang yang menyenangkan dan bersih dengan ukuran untuk menentukan orang yang bermain di air Ke ruang Membuat tetamu merasa selamat Semasa COVID wabak Mengenai makanan, sangat enak, makanannya mempunyai pelbagai pilihan, dan sedap. Dan ada banyak aktiviti untuk dimainkan Hotel ini terletak di depan pantai, yang sangat bagus, jika ada kesempatan untuk tinggal lagi, pasti berbaloi.

Everything was so Perfect at this hotel. Very Exclusive. We were very lucky to have free update to Pool Villa. Ala-carte Buffet was so delicious. Staff was very friendly. Perfect sunrise view from balcony.
