Friendly staff. Good location. Easy access to supermarkets, coffee shops and restaurants. However, there was no air conditioning. You could open window a little bit, but air ventilation was still not good. It’s hard to say there was a view in the room, unless you consider a loading bay was okay. There was no free wifi provided in lounge or in hotel room. It’s chargeable at £3 per night. It’s noisy in the morning when workers began unloading products for a supermarket nearby.

it's a travel lodge very normal nothing to write home about.

The lodge was tidy and clean however heating needs to be worked on.

The hotel was lovely and clean room was absolutely amazing fresh towels and tea coffee etc the housekeeping supervisor rose was absolutely amazing anything I asked she was there always a smile on her face and the assistant manager Maria she is a credit to your hotel always smiling anything I asked her about or where I could get good food she would always assist with a smile Would definitely recommend friends and family to stay here

Wasnt sure how it be but i am very impressed The room it is very Clean and big, they upgraded the room for us so it had a bath which my wife was very happy about. George was very kind and helpful also the housekeeping was very kind and helpful too you need to look after them. We will be back

I had a wonderful experience with George at the front desk. He provided outstanding customer service, offering thorough assistance and going above and beyond to ensure I had everything I needed. His professionalism, friendly demeanor, and willingness to help made my visit much more pleasant. I truly appreciated his support throughout the entire process.

The check in at Leatherhead would not accept cash for an early check in fee. They do accept this at Richmond. Inconsistent policy and a long-time customer offended as a result! Great work!

This Travelodge was good value as it’s in the very middle of the town. As it has no catering facilities it was easy to go out for food. Would recommend the Chinese restaurant a 10 min walk form it!

They are very helpful who was worked in hotel. We will book again. Need improvement for telly connection.

Review of Travelodge Hotel (Leatherhead) George’s service was outstanding! Whenever I needed assistance, he was incredibly helpful and ensured I had all the support I required. His attention made a real difference during my stay. I truly appreciate his dedication and would recommend the hotel for having such excellent staff!

Brilliant stay the hotel is vibrant. Clean and fresh with great staff. The GM Josh and all of the cleaning staff are fabulous. Bed was very comfy and the room was spotless. It was a great base for us and a good link into London. Next to Leatherhead theatre and lots of shops and bars around the hotel which was ideal. Good choice for breakfast in the morning we went to the cafe up the high street which took us 3 minutes to get to. I would say it’s a shame there’s no on site restaurant. But highly recommended this hotel. Thank you very much

I came here for a wedding, the room was clean but I had no water in the morning which proved difficult for needing to shower. The water was boiling as well and there was no cold option. It was only boiling which proved very difficult but usual morning tasks. I think I was the only one had this issue as some other friends staying on another level did not have an issue.

I have been visiting Travelodge Leadherhead more then a year.once or twice a week. The receptionists (Mr Oliver, Miss Anna, Miss Rose, Mr Naz, Mr Josh and also the Manager(I couldnt remember his name,sorry), plus housekeeping team are very friendly,helpful and professional. When they have a time if they were not busy we had friendly chat that is extramile and indicates that they genuninly care about visitors. Never had an issue. If I had I am sure they do their best to sort it out. Cons is the location: The leadherhead is a small town on outskirts of surrey . Everywhere closes early. Not much attraction in the town. Transport to London by bus is headache. Takes ages. If the train fails or if there is strike expect long travelling hours. Bus or your own car. Traffic jam sometimes. And some occasions bus from Kingston delays nearly 1 hour. Thats mean with waiting time over 2 hours journey.
