Service was good and the room was clean. Overall stay was relaxing

Is not easy to do the check in process.

Everything is good. Just the service from the admin was quite disappointing, slow response and no instructions for the locker key.

A little dirty looking but overall still clean. Can tell that the condo is old but it's worth for the price

Place is so spacious, comfy and clean. We dis not expect it to be so spacious and we liked it. We will be back soon!

The best for families Each bedroom got their own bathroom Can do your own laundry n bring ur own soap n softener Toothbrush n colgate provided as well as shower gel As for the kitchen, the utensils drawer smell like cockroach, maybe can do something to improve in this area Just ensure before going out open the toilet window so that at least the smells inside the toilet didnt overflow into the bedroom, n always keep the toilet close I wish the wifi can get till inside bedroom, unfortunately its not ;) but its okay its worth every cent Definitely will come again

I booked for 2 days and totally disappointed with the service, difficulties to open house door agent keep sending code to open but failed , cleaning the room last minute , bad smells from toilet until we can’t stay 2nd. Room. My sisters are sleeping at living hall . All mattresses are old And dip in the middle until we don’t have enough rest at night. Contacted trip .com Refunded my money For rest of day

Great location as it is near to places we frequent. Apartment was ok. Security is tight which is good. Downside is only one car allowed to park at designated lot despite it being a family friendly apartment. We had 6 adults and a toddler. The apartment we got is not kids friendly. Remotes for TV and aircon were missing batteries and not working well. The balcony was missing a wooden panel. Luckily I noticed so I had to keep the sliding doors locked at all times as I have a toddler. Toilet floors were super slippery when wet and we fell as a result. Furnitures and appliances were dated, beds/mattresses had squeaking sounds. Overall ok lah for short stay. Not the most comfy but bearable. Might come back again as the location is convenient for us.

So far I am very satisfied with the facilities, the atmosphere in the house is comfortable and everything feels ok. It's just ok to see a line cam x tv. Access cards are supposed to be given directly to large families, but xpela mark is given when we request. Our family likes to sit here ************** and may come again another time, God willing
