Il burellino benefits of Montalcino‘s location on top of the hill (about 600m). By this you have a wide 180 degree view over the region around from everywhere on the site. Our room was spacious with a small kitchenette, however, no cabinet. Shower/toilet very stylish in black but not separated. Also water pressure for the rain shower was a little weak, same for the local Wi-Fi. Breakfast is Italian with a broad choice of excellent homemade cakes, eggs will be prepared on request, and is served in a small breakfast room. Last km to the B&B is a steep, narrow and rough road, two-way traffic is not possible, bigger cars might face issues.

If you’re looking for a quiet and peaceful place at a few hundreds of metres from the centre of Montalcino, this is the place to je. Il Burellino sits on the Montalcino hill, along the small road that leads straight to the centre. Host Fabio makes your stay really comfortable, with lots of information and a splendid breakfast. The resort has only three rooms, so peace is guaranteed. Nice rooms too, nicely decorated and with an excellent bathroom. A great place to stay!

Stumbled across this charming little Gem on our way to visit the beautiful town of Montalcino. Il Burellino is perfectly located just a few minutes walk away from the town centre. Truly wonderful place with breathtaking views as far as the eye can see. Il Burellino really is a delightful and very quaint agriturismo, tastefully decorated and spotlessly clean. Gorgeous garden with a wonderful rockery, beautiful swimming pool and wonderful host Fabio to whom we are very grateful for making our stay so special.

Everything about our stay was perfect. The views from the property are breathtaking. The property is a short distance from town and everything you need. Fabio was a wonderful host and provided great recommendations.

Quando abbiamo contattato la struttura, già al telefono, siamo rimasti colpiti dalla disponibilità e la gentilezza di Fabio, uno dei proprietari. La prima impressione è stata confermata al nostro arrivo e durante tutto il soggiorno: Fabio è un padrone di casa molto attento alle esigenze degli ospiti, cordiale e sempre disponibile. È lui stesso a preparare le torte, una più buona dell’altra, per la colazione che è sempre molto varia per accontentare tutti. La location è spettacolare, la vista sui vigneti da un senso di pace e di tranquillità. La camera è curata nei dettagli e ogni particolare la rende unica. Anche la nostra chihuahua è stata accolta con entusiasmo, forse se fossimo stati qualche giorno in più sarebbe riuscita a fare amicizia con le cagnoline di casa, o almeno con la Lilli, una delle due. Siamo stati benissimo, ci siamo sentiti come a casa. Quindi non possiamo fare altro che consigliare questa struttura e sperare di tornarci, prima o poi.

Abbiamo soggiornato due notti in questo fantastico hotel. La struttura è bellissima, con una vista mozzafiato. Vicinissimo a Montalcino è un ottimo punto di partenza per visitare questa meravigliosa zona della Toscana. Ciò che però fa la differenza rispetto agli altri hotel/agriturismo è senza dubbio la cura e le attenzioni che i proprietari dedicano ai dettagli, dagli appartamenti curati nei minimi particolari mixando tradizione e arte moderna, alla piscina e giardini che sono sempre puliti e ordinati, passando poi alla colazione, con torte fatte in casa di ottima qualità che fanno da accompagnamento alle piacevoli chiacchiere e consigli da parte dei proprietari.
