An amazing place to stay. Attentive customer representatives, the place was immaculate, clean, and family friendly. The entertainment and entertainment host was top tier. I enjoyed how he got the crowd involved and let those be who didn’t want to participate in other activities. Actually, he was the highlight of my stay there. The food…ohhh the food. Great variety of Jamaican cuisine for breakfast, lunch and dinner. That Ackee tho… I could eat that every day…
I definitely plan to come back and stay…

This place is old and needs a complete renovation. My room was changed to one worse than what I had. There was dirt on the floor as you entered the room and there was hair on the floor in the bathroom and the tub was disgusting.

Arrived at 3 but was told that the room wasn’t ready. Returned at 6:30. The room was still not ready. Very disappointed. It’s a nice place but if there’s no room for prepaid guests, there’s no point. Skip this one.

This is highly recommended place!! Feels like home!! Staff are so nice every corner of the vicinity!! I like Trevor so much very charming guy 😊.
I’m totality this is one of the best resorts I had!!

For first time guest I wasn’t impressed, disgusted to say the least. My room carpet was old,dirty and filthy looking. Squeaky boards in room. Beautiful property on the outside. Hotel definitely needs an upgrade!!!!

This resort has a great location and proximity to the water, but the street is incredibly busy and noisy. The bathrooms are very dated old and plumbing is not great. Most of the staff was friendly, but some were downright rude.
