Easy to find and not far from Montepulciano so great for a one night stopover. Friendly staff both at check in and for breakfast. Room a little dated but with large balcony facing what looked like a large swimming pool (November). Wifi and TV worked well in the room. There was a large party/conference on during our one night stay so we could hear the dining room noise from our room. Some noise also during the night. As with most Italian hotels/apartments etc you can hear conversations/toilet flushing/laughter/lifts/kids etc through the walls! Breakfast was Covid served (you point to what you want and its put on a tray for you) and was adequate for us. Coffee, sweet pastries, cereal, fruit etc. Overall a good stop over point on our trip around Tuscany.

My boyfriend and I visited this hotel for our first night in Italy, and we could not have asked for a better way to start the trip. The staff was very friendly and accommodating, the room was very comfortable, and the food was incredible. It was a short drive to Montepulciano and Pienza so we were able to explore the two towns without expending too much energy. The area was relatively quiet, so we were not disturbed by loud noises. I’d highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking to stay in Tuscany! It’s perfectly enjoyable for individuals, couples, families, or a group of friends.

Posizione strategica, parcheggio davanti l'hotel, cibo eccellente, stanza caldissima, personale molto gentile ed accogliente. Un ottimo hotel per spezzare un lungo viaggio, pur rimanendo in autostrada(direzione sud), con una combinazione culinaria tosco/calabra eccellente. Rapporto qualità-prezzo imbattibile, inoltre il Sig. Bruno,direttore dell' hotel, ha una grande un'attenzione verso gli ospiti. Consigliatissimo
