By and large, all is well. Reception staff Jakeline is very helpful. Breakfast is simple yet satisfying, and the serving staff is very efficient. Some improvements include the curtain that can not be closed fully. The bathtub plug is not functional. There is no kettle in the room.. Hot or cold water ran out or is not available at times.

We stayed at the hotel for 7 nights. The front desk people were very nice and helpful. The rooms were clean and daily room cleaning was very efficient. The beds were comfortable and bedding and towels were white and clean. The room was supplied with a coffee maker, microwave oven and small fridge. Ironing board and iron and hairdryer. The only thing missing was a small security safe. Breakfast served in the basement which was very well maintained and clean. Breakfast was good with scrambled eggs, sausage and potatoes. Breads, yogurt, fruit were available. It was comfortable and I would stay again.

Place is clean, and nice. Breakfast is good with standard menu. Coffee and tea serve to the guest all day long. Room is provided with microwave. We experienced the power breakdown on 12-Mar-2023 in the morning around 10 am, and the power is out until 11 pm, and staff are not prepared to handle this kind of situation, no hot water, not sufficient lighting in the stairway. Management should do better like giving voucher or discount or some kind of gift to the guest for the inconvenience caused. Anyway I have a good stay and hope the hotel can do better in the future.

The room was so nice and clean!! I would definitely come back to stay here. The bed was very comfortable as well!! Great for ur money's worth 👏🏼

Don't stay downtown when you come to LA. This hotel is clean, comfortable, and quiet. The price is impressive and includes breakfast. Don't miss it if you're looking for value for money!

The room was poorly soundproofed, the Chinese service staff at the front desk had a bad attitude, the breakfast was a simple American breakfast, and there were many Chinese restaurants and supermarkets around. When I went to the airport, I asked the front desk to help me call a private car, and they told me it was $20, but after a few times, the driver wanted to charge $80, which was a serious rip-off.

Reasonable prices, clean rooms, and a hearty American breakfast are what attracted us and made this trip feel extremely comfortable.

The facilities, environment and food are all good, but the hygiene is a little problematic. There is a European and American smell as soon as you enter the door, a mixture of perfume and mold.
