Before the pandemic, I would come to Monterey about once a year, and I always stayed at this hotel.
This is my first time here after the pandemic, and it feels much worse. The bottled water tastes weird, and there was no hot water for showering one night.
I won't stay here next time, and I'll consider staying at the Crown Plaza next door.
