Hotel berhampiran Plaza Madeira, Monterrey

The double room (2 single beds) is very small. No hairdryer and iron. The internet is slow but manageable. The drainage in the bathtub and bath sink always clogged up. Very noisy from 9 PM to 5 AM due to the bar club nearby (playing music all night long). Would not recommend to stay on the weekends (best is during weekdays). We stayed from Saturday through Tuesday (12/10/22 - 12/13/22). The hotel looks fine but the surrounding buildings/stores look old and shaggy. Very dirty in this area as people littering trash on the street during the day (and the government clean it up around midnight). Free breakfast is very simple just breads, cereals, and juices. The morning front desk staffs barely speaking English (the night staffs are okay). Most of the major attractions are walking distance from 1/4 to 1 mile. Lots of restaurants and bakeries nearby the hotel and food is very cheap. They have FREE shuttle to take you within 10 kilometers distance. We took the shuttle to the point view (mirador in Spanish) where you can view the whole city of Monterrey. The taxi from the airport is $25 USD and roughly 33 minutes drive. Taxi and Uber are also cheap $2 to $5 per trip for 3 persons within 1 to 5 miles. If you are on a low budget, stay here and the hotel is closer to all major attractions. Otherwise, go to the new town or old historical town is much better (1 mile from this BW Centro).

The room was not complete clean they were stains in some of the surfaces and the lamps were not clean. The service at the restaurant is very poor as I waited at the hostess table around 10 min and no one came over so I felt it was very lack of service but the food overall is good. The facilities are okay but the SPA is still closed. I had a great experience as it closed to the areas I needed to be and the front desk was very helpful. The comfort of the bed and pillows are great! Excellent views of the cerro and the amenities in the room are just great smell so good.

Pésimo servicio. Reservamos con tiempo para evitar contratiempos y no fué así. Llegamos a las 15:10 y no había cuertos disponibles La Reservación decia Check-in !5:00 y nos dieron en cuarto hasta las 17:15. Pedimos que nos ampliaran el tiempo de entrega del cuarto y solo se limitaron a señalar que la reserva decia Check-out 12:00 p.m. Muy mala administración.

Отдыхали в этом отеле семьей с 30.04 по 4.05.2023, в одном номере были мы с мужем, а другом моя свекровь, номера были практически идентичными, за несколькими исключениями в номере свекрови не оказалось холодильника, а в нашем не оказалось столика со стульями, который был в номере у свекрови. Начнем с плюсов отеля, очень большие и удобные кровати, на которых могло поместиться до 4-х человек, просторность номера, чистота в номерах, отлично работает кондиционер, есть доставка еды и напитков в номера, отличное расположение вокруг отеля много закусочных, кафе и ресторанов с огромным гастрономическим разнообразием, бутиков и лавочек с одеждой, обувью, сувенирами, аптеки, рядом много пунктов обмена валюты, станция метро. А теперь минусы: наши номера выходили окнами в холл отеля, из-за чего в номере почти всегда был полу-мрак, что создавало гнетущее состояние и пришлось постоянно находиться там при включенном свете, в номерах отсутствовал фен. Ещё одним неудобным нюансом являлось то, что на один номер давался всего один электронный ключ (карточка), но без этой карточки ты не мог даже подняться на лифте на свой этаж т.к для поездке на лифте приходилось также прикладывать ключ внутри лифта перед выбором этажа, а без этого лифт просто никуда не ехал, но даже если вы попытаетесь проехать с другим гостем отеля по его карточке, выставить несколько этажей не получиться, лифт высадит тебя на этаже гостя, поэтому нам с мужем приходилось везде выходить вместе, так как второй просто не смог бы попасть ни на этаж ни в номер без этого электронного ключа.

Tiene más servicios de motel que de hotel, la habitación es amplia pero es fácil escuchar a alguien que esté no solo a un lado sino en todo el piso, la cama es firme y no suave, en la habitación no había toalla, se solicitó y lo trajeron, el desayuno es simple pero cumple. En general una experiencia agradable, solo pasamos la noche ya que íbamos a un concierto. a 8 minutos caminando se encuentra una parada de metro

I stayed here for 4 nights in January 2024. The hotel is new, very clean, well maintained, and (mostly) quiet. (I was in a room next to the elevator and for some reason on one night the elevator kept dinging its arrival...even if it wasn't arriving on my floor). I would definitely consider staying at this hotel again. My only challenge--and this is not the hotel's fault--was getting Uber pickups. The app autocorrects for pickup at the building behind the hotel which isn't a big deal but was annoying initially.

I had the opportunity to visit this hotel in September and everything was just outstanding from emails before arriving to checking out. Let's start with the room everything was comfortable from the linens in the bed to the amenities in the shower thanks to the housekeeping lady she did an amazing job! The front desk team was also very helpful in providing extra keys when our ones stopped working and accommodated my friend to check in before I did because he had reached the hotel earlier than I had and also because they spoke English because he was visiting from LA! The F&B team's special thanks to Gerardo, the entire kitchen team, and the front-of-house team as well. The food was good for the breakfast buffet although it was sort of the same and I stayed for 4 nights I didn't get bored of it. Thanks to the lady who made my eggs every morning at the hot station. Everybody was super nice and accommodating. Thank you as well to the chef who was assisting on behalf of the executive chef for the dinner provided for us. My only recommendation would be that management focus a little bit on the pool area because we did use it but no service was there I think after some days we checked out I saw on their social media page that they had service opened it with the bar available at it. The hotel is pretty new and even though it had a low occupancy it never failed to impress on service. Highly recommend!
