Excellent location, friendly and helpful staff, clean and comfortable room and fast wifi. Perfect for a weekend getaway or business trip. I didn't try the breakfast but it looked like good value for money. Will definitely stay again.

Summary of my experience - booked 2 rooms, a pent-house and an executive room. We were 4 adults - checked in - went to our rooms - rooms were dirty, smelly, old, furniture full of scratches, toilet with mould and bad smell, sticky walls, dirty floors, food smell from years of average cleaning, non-functioning AC, small bed. - in one of the rooms there were blankets and bed cover on the floor - in summary, I booked the hotel in good faith, based on the photos on their web site, which turned to be extremely misleading. Photos have to be 10+ years old - went down to reception - had a word with the manager - he agreed to fully refund us - we left and looked for an alternative accommodation All this happened in 45 mins aprox. Horrendous place. Kudos to staff who did agree to refund us even without trying to convince us to stay. They didn't seem to be surprised by the way.

very good location in the Palermo area, rooms are very clean, king-size beds, good breakfast, great staff, nice shower place, there are rooms with jacuzzi - wow - really big, clean. the decoration is excellent! really had a great time

Estive hospedada por 10 dias neste hotel e foi uma casa. Como estava com a cia de uma pessoa idosa, me preocupei muito com a localização e foi fantástica. Muito próximo a Rambla de Pocitos e Punta Carretas, pode ir a pé para o shopping Punta Carretas e para o letreiro. Muito organizado e uma limpeza excelente todos os dias. O atendimento de muita gentileza e educação. Como eu estava estudando espanhol, tive até ajuda com as minhas tarefas. Obrigada aos queridos recepcionistas. Não sei se foi sorte, mas tudo funcionou. café da manhã mantem o mesmo cardápio todos os dias, mas vai além de um continental. O serviço para passeio que recomendaram foi bem seguro e atencioso.

Excelente!O preço é muito bom, o quarto e o banheiro são espaçosos e limpos, chuveiro bom, cama boa. Café da manha muito bom, variado. A localização é boa, anda-se na rambla a uma quadra do hotel e a 2 quadras está na rua setembro, com muitas opções de restaurantes e fastfood. Nada de ruim a dizer.

Viajei sozinha para Montevideo e fui muito bem recebida no hotel, cheguei as 06:00 da manhã e mesmo o check in sendo as 13:00 pude tomar café e deixar as malas com segurança. Acesso fácil à Rambla, dá para ir ao shopping Punta Carretas a pé. Pessoal gentil e me ajudaram com taxi, dicas e no domingo de Páscoa me ofereceram chocolate.. O quarto é grande, banheiro ótimo, cofre, armários, ferro e tabua de passar roupa, cobertores e travesseiros extra, um microondas, pia, frigobar, tem uma lojinha que vende de tudo na esquina, dá para fazer pequenos lanches no quarto, tem uma varandinha linda, o terraço tem uma vista maravilhosa, o café da manhã foi um espetáculo, tudo que pedi fui prontamente atendida. Enfim não tenho nenhum ponto negativo, foi uma ótima escolha e recomendo muito.

Quarto limpo e bem espaçoso. O fato de ser apart é bem útil. Funcionários bem atenciosos. Café da manhã excelente. Hotel muito bem localizado, próximo a excelentes restaurantes, próximo da rambla de Pocitos (a uma quadra) e a 10 minutos do centro histórico.

O piso do quarto é carpete com péssima aparência de sujeira, com alguns pedaços soltos e desgastado. A colcha da cama e os lençóis também com manchas e aparência de estarem sem lavar. Com exceção das toalhas de banho, que são novas, o resto parece gasto e sujo. Café da manhã com poucas opções. A vantagem é ter uma pia, microondas e pratos e talheres.
