This typical country house is part of a small hamlet in the middle of the untouched nature of the "Alta Meremma" nature reserve south of Siena. Its fantastic location above the Farma valley gives wide views of the surrounding woods rustic country house "Il Casale", renovated. 2 km from the centre of Iesa, 12 km from the centre of Monticiano, 30 km from the centre of Siena, in a quiet position on a slope, 20 m from the edge of the forest. Private: garden with flowers and trees, swimming pool (above ground) (6 x 4 m, depth 135 - 135 cm, seasonal availability: 20.Apr. - 12.Oct.). Arbour, garden furniture, barbecue, pool maintenance by the owner/gardener. In the house: central heating system, heating to be paid on the spot, heating available only from 01.Nov. - 15.Apr.. Parking on the premises. Grocery 2 km, supermarket 12 km, restaurant 2 km, thermal baths 5 km. Super nice house with a great location in the mountains, lots of little corners with tables and chairs and a huge garden. Ok pool and associated chairs.
