Most important to me, they accommodated my request to have my mother's room next to ours. Overall our stay was a good experience and we would stay again. The staff was outstanding and helped us with any request we had. The location was perfect, the morning breakfast was nice, and the rooms were clean. My mother had a large, wonderful room and we were next door with a room that slept four. The space / floor plan of our room was crowded since we kept the sofa bed pulled out. But seeing as this is an old building, we were just glad they had a room that slept four.

Nous avons séjourné dans cette hôtel 4 étoiles entre amis, pour quatre nuits.. À notre arrivée, le hall est waouh, très beau hall d’accueil, très design avec un piano blanc à disposition pour pouvoir jouer. Le personnel de l’accueil est très sympathique. Ainsi que le personnel du petit déjeuner très accueillant. Nous avons eu la chambre 215 au deuxième étage lorsque vous arrivez au couloir de votre chambre là c’est une toute autre ambiance rien à voir avec le hall d’accueil vieille moquette, troué, on se dit que va être la chambre .. et la stupeur la chambre très vieillot, une salle de bain dégueulasse avec du moisi sur la paroi de douche, sur le carrelage, le sol de la salle de bain , aucune brosse à toilette ,des trous dans le mur, 2023 pas de prise au niveau des tables de nuit, deux seules prises une pour le frigo et une pour la bouilloire ou recharge-t-on nos tablettes et nos téléphones ? Par contre bonne literie … venons au petit déjeuner à 19 € par personne et par jour petit déjeuner … 19 € quoi ? pour décroissant décongeler des pancakes décongeler un café à la machine, 3 fruits .. si par malheur, vous arrivez à 9h45, il n’y a pratiquement plus rien… Super déçu de cette hôtel, quatre étoiles que nous avions choisi, il mérite franchement que une étoile

Comfortable well appointed bedroom, but un-inviting public areas. Better than average breakfast buffet with efficient breakfast staff. Dinner menu overpriced for what it is. Be wary on check out as the reception will take a pre-auth on your card prior to your stay which they then try to claim is a deposit and attempt to charge your card a second time for the full value of the stay rather than undertaking a completion on the pre-auth already taken - which is normal hospitality practice.

J'avais réservé une chambre classique mais à notre arrivée à l'hôtel On a donné une grande chambre très spacieuse,n124 d'ailleurs je remercie Mme camélia car c'est elle qui nous a accueilli à notre arrivée elle nous a même donné la chambre à 12h30 on était très contentes car on était très fatiguée comme on a fait le voyage de nuit et aussi c'est fait elle qui a fait le check out à notre départ elle était très gentille, souriante et très professionnelle

The hotel was well located near the comedie, old town and the shopping centre. The room was clean, well laid out and very well appointant. The staff were attentive and tried to do everything for us, hence the title of this review. No doubt this is an amazing hotel and the staff are great however it is a little formal for a casual holiday.

Great hotel, right opposite the train station and within walking distance to Comedie and the old town. Recently refurbished by the looks of it. Room was clean and comfortable. Bathroom was nice and modern too! Only downside was that there was no bottled water (although tap water is drinkable) and also limited coffee supplies. Check in was pretty straight forward. There was roadworks outside during our stay but it didn’t bother us as they weren’t on whilst we were sleeping.

We stayed here for one night as a stopover until we reached our final destination. To say the place is run down is an understatement. The place is very grubby, old fashioned,rotten carpets and the rooms are super small. The smoke detector in our room was covered with a dirty sock and plastic bag which my partner had to remove and there were cigarette buds on the windowsill outside - so disgusting. As well as this the secondary lock to the bedroom door was broken so neither of us slept a wink. Positives: we had breakfast the next morning which was nice. The staff in the hotel were very very friendly. (we did not use the swimming pool facilities) I would not stay here again unless the hotel goes under a massive revamp.

The location was the star here. It is very close to the mall, the square and metro and public transportation. Has a good parking garage that links directly to the hotel. It has a Carrefour just at the ground level and several restaurants at a truly short walk. It was an excellent location to explore both the city, on foot and public transportation, and drive through the incredibly beautiful south of France. By the way, I almost forgot, the room, the beds and the bathroom were par for the course.
