We stayed at Hotel Zero 1 for the Just For Laughs Festival originally for 4 nights which turned into 5 when our flight was canceled. The hotel is located perfectly whether you are going shopping along St Catherine's, doing the JFL Festival or hitting the Old Port water front. All is in close walking distance.
The hotel is very clean and seems to be recently renovated. We stayed in a loft room #1113.
Everything is good however the shower could be a bit larger (felt like we were in Europe) with more water pressure. Contrary to other reviews there is no issue with hot water.
The only negative I would say is the bed, it is supposed to be a queen (although the room is large and can accommodate a king bed) but it is smaller than a traditional 'north American' queen size bed. Feels more like a double which is more in line with a euro queen. The bed was not very comfortable but after the 4th night sleep we were finally getting used to it.
The housekeeping and front desk staff are very nice.
We will consider staying here again upon our next visit to Montreal mainly based on its location to everything .

My partner and I took a spontaneous trip and were looking essentially for somewhere to crash as we came and went. For the price, Travelodge does the job. I read complaints that the rooms were “too small” but for a couple, we found that we did not need more space than we got. It was not spacious by any means, but we weren’t cramped either. The location is great, Chinatown is right down the road (with great food and places to check out) and there is good nightlife within a 5-10 minute walk. For our demographic, this was a great place to stay. One thing that my partner minded (but I didn’t) was that the breakfast available was only cold, and mostly prepackaged. There were no scrambled eggs, protein, etc. and while it held me over for a few hours, my partner is more picky than I am. We ended up not utilizing our second (included) breakfast and went elsewhere. If you’re looking for a good budget hotel, this will likely not disappoint.

The hotel is right next to China town and the old part of Montreal with plenty of heritage architecture . The Place D’Armes subway station is across the street and the metro line will take you directly to Bonaventure (central railway station) . The biggest asset of the hotel is its staff: accommodating, helpful, smiling and extremely efficient!

The location was close to our places of interest and walkable from the central station. No comments regarding the breakfast as we did not add in the option but there are plentiful of food options around the hotel. From our room, we were able to see the Notre Dame of Montreal from our windows.

房間夠大，有卧室區、辦公區、洗漱區，但空調實在是太舊，開啟了就轟鳴聲巨大。
早餐還可以，主食、飲品豐富，但沒有蔬菜。
地點非常好，在蒙特利爾會議中心開會，過個小馬路就到了，實在是太方便了。坐747路去機場也是步行15分鐘左右就可以到站點，對於冬天時常下大雪的蒙特利爾，出行壓力小了不是一點點。

**Location and Accessibility:**
Hotel Bonaventure Montreal is conveniently located opposite Gare de Centrale. For those with luggage, it's best to exit Gare de Centrale through the Place Bonaventure exit and cross the street to reach the hotel driveway. While going underground is an option, it involves numerous escalators and stairs, and the distance is longer than walking on the ground.
**Metro Access:**
Contrary to what some might assume, Metro Bonaventure is not right underneath the hotel. You need to walk about 300-500 meters underground to reach the metro station, so plan accordingly.
**Room Tips:**
If you want to minimize walking, request a room closer to the reception. The hotel is spread across two floors and covers a wide area. Our room was far from the reception, requiring a long walk after a tiring day.
**Amenities:**
The hotel's pool is popular and often crowded, but the fountain with ducks on the 10th floor adds a charming touch. However, no water is provided in the rooms or at the reception. We had to fill our water bottles at Gare de Centrale.
**WiFi:**
The WiFi connection was excellent and fast, making it easy to stay connected.
Overall, Hotel Bonaventure Montreal offers a pleasant stay with convenient access to transportation and charming amenities, but be prepared for some walking and bring your own water supply.

Gym is great, but the pool water was really really dirty.
Only went down for few minutes and have to get out fast.
The water was so cloudy.
They offer an upgrade but the room is the same as booked.
Parking was very good price, great deal.
Hotel should have a sitting smoking area outside instead just a few ashtrays and people have to stand around.

PPengguna TetamuBefore Montreal, I have stayed at FS Hong Kong, Guangzhou, Dubai, San Francisco, Macau, Shanghai, Shenzhen, Sydney, Beijing.. This one was by far the worst four seasons I ever stayed even tho the room was amazing with modern design and highly automated. Let alone the extremely bad experience when I checked in which I could write 2000 words about, they even can’t supply enough hot water.. it’s just warm or u could even say it cold as u got your AC on in your room. And they put under construction post near my room idk if it’s because of the argument while checking in then they coming at me, I wish not. I could’ve reported the whole situation to four seasons official email , Instagram, Facebook, Google review etc but I chose to forgive.

You need to be a Bonvoy member in order to use the free WiFi which is ridiculous. For the price you pay it should be easier not harder to use amenities…

SSpachukWe landed late at night and needed a hotel near the airport.
When we went to the breakfast, we were quickly told to be charged for every item we picked. So I told her that I had prepaid for it. She didn’t even apologize for the rude attitude she had toward us.
For the price we paid, the breakfast was horrible. The food items we received were things you see in the first photo below. Only dry and cold items. The English muffins were so old and hard. Apples were so old, too. Coffee server was broken. Room is clean and well decorated but don’t expect anything more than that. Go elsewhere to stay. I do not recommend this hotel.

GGezi813設施：設施基本齊全，有衞浴用品吹風機，水杯餐具咖啡機麪包機在公共區域，唯一的遺憾是不提供拖鞋。
衞生：房間裏面，走廊和公共區域的衞生都非常棒。
環境：住房環境很棒，房間裏面的佈局温馨舒適，房屋位於居民區，下雪後的景緻非常美！！（看圖😄）房間離地鐵很近，步行兩分鐘左右就能進地鐵，交通非常方便。就有一個缺點是，由於房間都是木質材質，所以隔音很差，隔壁和樓上樓下有點什麼動靜都聽的很清楚。
服務：入住和離店全程沒見到房主，是密碼鎖裏取的鑰匙。一開始還不太適應，也因為沒收到房間密碼需要給房主打電話確認，如果需要諮詢什麼問題，基本都是電話聯繫（對於英語不好的朋友不太友好）。但後面習慣了之後，就覺得這樣還挺好的，不需要等待，也不用社交（i人大喜😄），這就見仁見智了。

PPengguna TetamuThe hotel was a bit out of the central area of Montreal so you do need a car to get around or allocate time for the metro there. But it was clean and it was a fun time with my friends when we were there. The heater and A/C were working so well that we were able to feel warm and cool at times. The shower and bathroom are also clean. There are some minor damages here and there, but you pay for what you get; it won't be a luxury hotel. For our budget, it works out perfectly. I would recommend it if you need a budget-friendly place. The service was really nice as well; the staff were so nice to give us extra blankets, answer our stupid questions, and accommodate us.

PPengguna TetamuLocation is a little far from Old Montreal and the nearby has a lot of construction works which made driving a little problematic but I supposed that is temporary. Ample parking lost. Staffs are helpful and friendly. Overall satisfied with the stay except it doesn't provide breakfast and we had to order room service. Food is tasty
