From the moment I walked into the hotel, my husband and I were greeted by such kind and friendly ladies at the reception desk. We deeply felt their high level of customer service and hospitality. Their positive energy truly made us feel so welcome and we enjoyed our stay in the hotel tremendously. Some ladies I was able to be introduced to their names while others I was not. But truly every single one of them was so hospitable and welcoming, in particular Yasmine. The concierge ladies Pauline and Mireille were so very helpful in everything that we inquired about. Thank you so much W staff for everything and for making our stay so warm and pleasurable. A special thanks goes to the welcoming guys at the entrance of the hotel, the waiters and waitress in the restaurant Tbsp and everyone else who demonstrated so much hospitality and kindness. 🙏

I get why this is a 3-star hotel and not a 4-star one. It’s fine for the most part, but the cleanliness and the attention to detail are just not there. The hallways are super dark. The room was modern and brutalist aesthetic. The bathroom was small but well designed. But the carpet and the bedroom bench had gross stains on them. Some of the fake wood furniture were obviously chipped. The leather on one chair looked discoloured. I expect beautifully architectured hotels at the core of the city to do better than this. The lounge is only open for dinner and it’s almost deserted. Fortunately, there is a convenience store accessible from inside the hotel, but I expected room service. A+ to the staff though. They were very polite and helpful.

Despite an initial bad experience on the phone prior to check in (I called to make sure my credit card payment had not bounced and the person on the phone was quite rude), I am very pleased with my overall experience, the amenities and the staff friendliness went above and beyond my expectations. The rooms are quite spacious with a lot of storage, I also very much enjoyed having utilities in the kitchen, the possibility to use the washing machine and dryer at any time were definitely a plus - same with the dishwasher. The only thing that a was a little off-putting was finding some hair in the bathtub, also the fact that it wasn't really possible to fill the tub with some hot water (it kind of ran out after a while). Overall my experience was very positive and I would definitely see myself booking a room again at Hotel Saint Laurent

The location is great! Close to lots of places to enjoy. They don’t offer parking but they were nice enough to let us know an underground parking for 11$ for 24 hours. The room was very clean and fresh. The building and rooms are old but very clean and the service was very pleasant! Will book again.

I'm a low maintenance traveller so my experience is probably going to be appreciated by people more like myself. The first thing I liked about this hotel was that it had a kitchen, which was great for eating leftovers or cooking cheap ramen. The second thing was the location was also great as it was walking distance to Saint Denis Street and St Catherine Street which comprises of many restaurants and bars. Both streets are also closed to vehicle traffic making them fully pedestrian-friendly. There's also grocery stores and banks. The hotel was also located perfectly next to a major subway station called Berri-UQAM where three lines converge, including the yellow line which goes directly to St. Helen's Island. The airport bus route 747 also stops at this major hub too which was perfect for me. The one con I did have was that the air conditioning is very loud. I personally don't use AC but my friend needed it, and it kept me up at night, so if you're the type of person that is a light sleeper that needs a colder room, bring ear plugs. It is an older hotel, but I honestly found it completely fine. I'm not sure if it's because I tend to seek lower-cost accommodations but this hotel didn't seem that old to me at all.

This hostel is one of the best I've ever stayed. Great location with metro /bus station nearby, modern bedrooms, very clean, 24h reception, free coffee/tea, huge and clean kitchen, plenty of common spaces, a terrace with 2 jacuzzis that stay opened until 22pm! The hostel also has an underground bar and proposes several activities on each day of the week, i.e. park walking, dancing night, beer pong tournament. I would definitely recommend and would stay there again.

Booking's efficient since you receive the code for the main door,and your room. ahead of arrival. The reception while on duty doesn't want to do much. We buzzed to enter during reception hours,and they asked if we had our code/does our code not work.We couldn't locate the reception to ask for a continental breakfast item,or toiletries during their available hours.While doing the latter, we met the owners who are really nice people.The boutique hotel does need work as it looks dilapidated in parts of the common area,while the room we had looked tired. wifi,no issue here as an extender was in the hall of our second floor. The bathroom had what appeared to be a blood smear at the exterior tub edge wall. Room blinds are sheer,with an uncovered upper window.With a west side room, this won't matter as much to someone who isn't easily awoken by light. The elevator works which is good when you have luggage beyond a backpack. Parking, the location needs to specify there's ONLY 4 spots,unless one can somehow drive on the sidewalk to park a sub compact closer to the left of the stairs when facing the building to get a fifth spot. A motorcycle will have no issue if a spot's available. Overnight,due to the location,it was peaceful.For the price,this isn't a first choice,but we booked last minute.

Façade du côté autoroute très bruyant, à l'arrière sûrement moins. Base de lit en tôle ??(faut pas frappé dessus surtout si quelqu'un dort). Une seule machine à glace pour tout l'hôtel. Pas de lait ou crème dans le frigo pour le café. Quelques petits ajustements encore, hôtel neuf et propre.

ZZhangWe had an outstanding stay at Sonder Apollon in Montreal. The location was perfect, situated in a vibrant neighborhood with easy access to public transportation, shops, and restaurants. The modern design of the apartment was both stylish and functional, providing a comfortable and aesthetically pleasing environment. The space was impeccably clean and well-maintained, with all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. The kitchen was fully equipped, even though we didn't have time to cook. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and we appreciated the thoughtful touches such as high-quality linens and toiletries. Check-in and check-out were seamless with Sonder’s efficient system, and the customer service was excellent. Whenever we had questions or needed assistance, the team was quick to respond and very helpful. Overall, our experience at Sonder Apollon was fantastic. It felt like a home away from home, and we would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Montreal. We look forward to staying here again on our next trip to the city!

PPengguna TetamuI love this hotel nestled in the heart of Old Montréal and Old Port. I had a great room with a wonderful corner view of Old Montréal, it’s rooftops, the Grande Roue and the little cafes and boutiques below. Room is very comfortable. I love the long modern working desk, the comfy lounge chair, plush bedding and above all the spa multi jet shower… Because of pandemic restrictions most of the amenities of the hotel were not accessible. The hotel has such a nice lounge and bar area but I couldn’t go there. The gym was also off limits. There is an outdoor courtyard that was advertised as open even in the winter with fire pits but it wasn’t accessible during my stay. My only complaint would be that my room was drafty but I also stayed on one of the coldest weekends of the year and I could adjust the heat in the room. I asked for a throw blanket to cuddle in while reading in the lounge chair. They brought me the cuddliest faux fur blanket, I was almost thankful for the draft. Can’t wait for my next opportunity to stay here. In my opinion, this hotel is more geared towards adults (solo/business/couples/adult getaways) rather than families with young children. It has a high-end, modern, chic vibe. However, I’m quite sure they would accommodate children too. Photos don’t do the view justice. They were taken during a snow storm with poor visibility. Under normal conditions, was really nice and at night, so beautiful with all the lights and illuminated Grande Roue.

It was disappointing that when I looked out of the window, I could only see the wall, and as soon as I opened the door, the bed was right there, which was regrettable. Due to the fact that there are three hotels with the same name in downtown, it is important to double-check the address and make sure you find the correct one.

PPengguna TetamuSpeedy check-in and check-out. Great facilities. Comfortable lounging areas. Pool area is wonderful. Went a couple of times in January and February when the pool was 93 degrees. It was 91 this time and people hovered around the inlet returns where the warm water comes in. We got an upgraded room which was lovely. Really appreciated that. The bar and food was also great. Overall excellent stay.

GGezi813設施：設施基本齊全，有衞浴用品吹風機，水杯餐具咖啡機麪包機在公共區域，唯一的遺憾是不提供拖鞋。 衞生：房間裏面，走廊和公共區域的衞生都非常棒。 環境：住房環境很棒，房間裏面的佈局温馨舒適，房屋位於居民區，下雪後的景緻非常美！！（看圖😄）房間離地鐵很近，步行兩分鐘左右就能進地鐵，交通非常方便。就有一個缺點是，由於房間都是木質材質，所以隔音很差，隔壁和樓上樓下有點什麼動靜都聽的很清楚。 服務：入住和離店全程沒見到房主，是密碼鎖裏取的鑰匙。一開始還不太適應，也因為沒收到房間密碼需要給房主打電話確認，如果需要諮詢什麼問題，基本都是電話聯繫（對於英語不好的朋友不太友好）。但後面習慣了之後，就覺得這樣還挺好的，不需要等待，也不用社交（i人大喜😄），這就見仁見智了。

PPengguna TetamuWe were surprised how quiet this Comfort Inn was, since it was so close to the airport. The rooms were clean, the desk person Melanie was very friendly and super-helpful, and though there’s no restaurant on site there are snacks available for purchase so you can get something to eat if you’re in a rush. We got a great night’s sleep and we would definitely stay again. Thank you!

Staffs are helpful and friendly. Overall satisfied with the stay except it doesn't provide breakfast and we had to order room service. Food is tasty

PPengguna TetamuWe chose this hotel because we wanted to be in the centre of Montreal and we needed a crib or playpen for our baby and the website said they had them free. - Lack of communication: I tried to reach them via Expedia many times and they never answered me. - One of the men at reception was very rude with my husband and he didn't know if they had playpens and my husband had to find one and a mattress for our baby in their storeroom. - Poor cleanness: the bathtub was either dirty or old but it had some yellow spots where I didn't dare to sit my baby; the windows were dirty too. - The parking lot must be very small because we had to park at a different location and didn't even offer us to do it in their building. + Beds were comfy + We could use the microwave at the restaurant to heat our baby's food. + There was someone at reception who could speak Spanish and was very friendly. + It is close to the centre and lively areas.

PPengguna Tetamu4+3 stairs to reach the reception. Our room 537 ( suite Lit King -Size ), has a low light in the room and totally absent at the entrance. The pillows are small, square and very hard. No support for soap in the shower. No carpet in the tube, you slip. Very old television with blurry images. The ownwer has to change them all. The front office very, kind with manager mr Delena, and Miss Carolina and the employ from Marocco, all very helpful, an asset to the hotel. Ivanromeo.
