Belles prestations avec navette aéroport hôtel et hôtel via rail , piscine intérieure chauffée, et salle de sport. Une restauration très correct pour le rapport qualité prix ainsi qu'un accueil souriant, à l'écoute et disponible. Chambre spacieuse avec petit salon, bureau, sdb, canapé lit d'appoint et des lits king-size. Idéal famille nombreuse 5 personne. Je recommande

This is just a great hotel. Easy on/off 40. Just a short drive to restaurants but why go there - the restaurant at the hotel was very good. We only had breakfast, but you could tell it was a class act and made with care. New, urban, and kind of funky. Spacious airy lobby area with bar and restaurant. Staff were great - very good customer service skills. My wife really enjoyed the decor and decorating and the place was spotless. The gym, pool, steam room, sauna and whirlpool were of the quality of hotels that cost much, much more. We were there on a weekend and they had a great deal on Marriott points required for weekend stays. We usually stay at a different hotel brand just off 40 in Dorion, but no more. This is our new go to hotel when passing through Montreal. I normally don't stay at too many Courtyards because I look for breakfast included but this ( at least on a weekend) is just too good a property and deal to drive by.

I recently spent a couple nights at the Sheraton Montreal Airport (one night stays on each end of a trip) and while the stays were good overall, I would say there's a lot of opportunity for the hotel to improve. I've stayed here many times over the years, but I haven't been in a couple years. Returning this time, I felt it was a good hotel with a lot of potential. I just got the feeling there is a lack of attention to detail in a lot of areas. The first night I stayed, there was no explanation of the dining situation. The television stated the restaurant and room service was not available. When I went down to the lobby I noticed the restaurant is in fact running. I'm not sure if room service is also open and the information was outdated. The Club lounge was also closed. They do provide soft drinks and complementary sandwiches which is a decent compromise however. There is a beautiful new fitness centre, but it was initially difficult to locate. It would have been nice that its location was explained when checking in and better signage. After walking around I finally asked a cleaner for its location and eventually found it. The machines don't seem to have television or anything hooked up to them which would be a welcome addition if possible. Overall this is a good hotel with a lot of potential. It felt like things got shut down due to Covid and just never really restarted. While other hotels have made the move back to normalcy, this one still felt like it was in transition. The staff were friendly and the facilities are clean. Some of the furniture is probably due to be replaced, but again we are talking minor improvements. I would return to this hotel, I just hope to see more things back to normal and better communication. Not having room service is a big problem.

We stayed in July 2022 with my parents and small children. Excellent staff, excellent hotel, excellent perks. Nice hot breakfast, they have a gym, pool and laundry services for a small price. Close to the Oratory of St. Joseph and Old Montreal is about 20 mins away. I would highly recommend this hotel and would stay again in the future.

酒店前台 班車司機都很友好。房間大,床大又舒服。 重點説一下酒店機場穿梭巴士(因為離機場不遠,出租車都不願意接,一起坐班車的幾個老外説他們先去打車結果好幾個車都拒絕 ),機場酒店穿梭巴士:落地在到達層,酒店班車在出發層8號門,見我的第一張圖。坐班車流程:到達層拿完行李就給酒店打電話告訴他你需要班車接機去酒店,酒店會問你的預訂姓名,有幾個人有幾個行李(班車小,空間有限),然後酒店會告訴你去出發層8號門等,班車大約多長時間到。 酒店去機場:沒有班車時刻表,也不能提前預約,一般都是提前在大堂等,如果趕時間,一定要早一點下去,跟前台説你去機場,她就會幫你問司機幾點走等等。
