I stayed here for 2 nights to attend Morecambe Punk Festival. On arrival I was welcomed by a very friendly and helpful owner and found the place to be very modern. It's situated on the promenade road facing the sea, looking over Morecambe Bay, and there is free parking on the road. Most seaside B&Bs I've stayed in over recent years have all felt old, creaking and worn out, but The Kerswell has clearly been treated to a lot of love & care, and been modernised. I had a single room on the ground floor, which had plenty of room with a very comfortable single bed, large wardrobe with drawers, a fridge with free bottled water, chair, bedside cabinet, kettle and tea/coffee facilities. It was ensuite with a great shower and plenty good towels. It was all very modern and spotless. I did feel a bit cold in the room, it was November and the heating was on but maybe the room needs a bigger radiator as the room never got really warm. But this doesn't detract too much from a surprisingly nice guesthouse. I would definitely stay here again.
