the hotel can not be reached by car. Have to park the park in the garage and take cable car to the hotel. the view is great around the hotel. The incheck in machine did not work very well, trok more time than normal. there are not many restaurants around. the room is not very big. The breakfast is ok.

A fabulous hotel with very friendly and helpful staff. There is plenty of choice at breakfast and in the evening in the restaurant and all good value for money. We loved the location of the hotel, it being right at the top of the funicular and close to cable cars to explore the area. We can’t recommend it highly enough.

Lovely location with beautiful views, very picturesque. Remember to consider cost of funicular/parking when booking. Also restaurant in hotel is fairly expensive for the quality of the food (burgers/ribs). Can't fault the views and trails. Breakfast just ok considering it costs 20 CHF/person. All staff we saw were very welcoming and very English speaking.

Gorgeous brand new property. The young German girl working in the office was extremely accommodating and very nice! She deserves a raise!

Beautiful, clean, fresh smell of wood in the room. The shower was excellent. The entire facility is beautiful and clean with great service on top of a mountain in Switzerland. The funicular that brings you up to the lodge is so cool with the best views. There is a parking lot at the bottom of the mountain at the funicalar entrance for 14 francs/day. The lodge is right next to the funicular. The breakfast buffet is really good quality extra charge. Beautiful hiking trails. Everything is perfect at this lodge. Highly recommend.

Zuwenig Personal, zwei Abende dort und zwei Abende fast identisches Essen, Bettanzug ist katastrophal hart, hotel ist zu modern/technisch, Bett/Zimmer wird nur gemacht, wenn es zusätzlich gebucht wird.Leider zwei Nächte sehr schlecht geschlafen. Kaffeeservice beim Frühstuück n

Das moderne Gebäude direkt neben der Stoos-Bahn ist einladend, die moderne Ausstattung funktional und doch 'stylisch'. Die Aufmerksamkeit des gesamten Personals zeugte von einer "yes, I can Mentalität". Das Check-in ist self maintained, war aber komplizierter als gedacht; der QR-Code-Leser musste xmal 'gebeten' werden ... ich musste - obwohl ich über Booking gebucht hatte - nochmal alle personenbezogenen Daten eingeben. Hätte gemusst - wenn mir nicht ein aufmerksamer Mitarbeiter sofort zu Hilfe gekommen wäre! Das Zimmer war modern gestaltet - reduced to the max aber es war alles da was es braucht. Ich reise mit Hund und es gab einen Fressplatz mit schönen Näpfen. Auf dem Flur gibt es eine Wasserbar mit schönen Karaffen und Gläsern. Am Abend konnte man einen Absacker in der Hotelbar nehmen mit tollem Blick in die Umgebung. Dass man einen Single Malt nicht im Tumbler serviert ist ein Detail :-) die Whiskykarte ist klein aber fein, auch mit lokal produzierten Sorten. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist riesig. Da hat es für jedent etwas. Nur der Kaffee war relativ schlecht - Automatenkaffee eben. Ein super Kaffee zum Tag beginnen wäre sicher das i-Tüpfelchen auf den 5 Punkten!

Lage ist perfekt, Skilift und Skischule gleich um die Ecke. Zimmer sind neu, hell, sauber. Essen ist sehr fein. Personal freundlich. Auf den Zimmerservice haben wir verzichtet, 300.— für eine Woche im Familienzimmer! Viele habens wohl ähnlich gemacht, und so haben dann alle ihren stinkenden Müll auf dem Flur deponiert. Das kann man sicher optimieren. Ebenfalls negativ: WC hat nur unverschliessbare, undichte Schiebetür. Sichtschutz ok, Lärmschutz und Geruchschutz nicht vorhanden. Kann mann empfehlen, aber viel Potenzial für Verbesserung, auch beim Preis.
