Hotel dengan Bar di Moscow

/// stayed in December 2017 /// This is the review that I feel so indebted for the compliment review. Back in December 2017 , we spent our New Year Count Down in Moscow and stayed 3 nights at this hotel. (During that time the hotel was under major renovation) Our first impression: we booked for a regular room for 3 of us but at our arrival, the lady (seem to be the Front Manager) at the counter offered us the free upgrade to the renovated wing.....thank you so much. That was quite surprise us but when we accessed into the room it’s even more surprised me for its cosy luxury interior. This hotel is one of the best hotel I ever stayed - all the details in the room is as exquisite as the other ultra luxury hotels I experienced. It’s even 4 years back but I still remember well for the LOMONOSOV coffee/tea set that they use (one of the high-end porcelain brand I love and be using at home too). + Crystal wine glass + Nespresso Machine + KitchenAid Kettle + plentiful mineral drinking water. Wi-Fi is super fast (as recalled). Back then there was some situations in Europe and Moscow during that time is full with soldiers. However the hotel’s securities guard remember us well and helped telling the soldier that we are the hotel’s guests when we tried to access the perimeter to the hotel. Not to mention the location itself is great ,right next to Bolshoi , TSUM shopping mall and subway. On the departure day, due to the securities perimeter that blocked all the car to access to the hotel - the hotel staff managed to help us find the nearest spot where our limo can pick us to the airport. The most regretful thing that keep bothering my mind is I cannot remember the name of the lady at the counter who granted us the upgrade that made our stayed in Moscow is another remarkable memory......Thank you once again here. And would there be any chances that I could visit Moscow again - I would definitely stay at this Metropol again.

My review is long time overdue. Been staying at this hotel since 2009 and can’t be happy about about being home away from home here. This five-star hotel is nested in an amazing historical building (one of Moscow’s so-called Stalin skyscrapers) right next to the Three train stations square (including Leningradsky train station where you can catch the Sapsan high speed train and be in Saint Petersburg in three and half hours), close to the Garden ring and major public transportation routes (metro, MCD - suburban trains and streetcars). The hotel’s impressive lobby would be your first wow moment, have a drink or a quick bite at the lobby bar, their menu is good, and you won’t leave hungry. Janus restaurant is phenomenal, with a wonderful selection of the breakfast items (don’t miss the cook to order station). The hotel offers a complimentary hotel tour for its guests every weekend so you can see what’s going on behind the scenes. Rooms are magnificent, they are spacious, upgrade yourself into a junior suite or an executive room, it’s so worth it! The gym and spa facilities are good, there’s a pool and sauna as well on the underground level, haven’t used it much but room a look and it looks great. They even do aqua robica (exercising in water) as part of the activities offered to the hotel’s guests. I also saw few weddings (I am jealous about the pictures taken in this beautiful decor) and meetings (crowded but never disturbing, the hotel manages it very well). Last but not the least, the staff and the management. The service is immaculate and you never feel just a guest, the hotel’s team makes you feel part of this hotel so you want to come back even before leaving the property. The list of names would be too long to put here so I thank you all for treating your guests as part of the legendary hotel’s community. Wishing you to grow, be busy, but also to have fun! I would like to thank the entire staff of Hilton Garden Inn Krasnoselskaya for making me feel like at home away from my home once again. I stay at this hotel every time I’m in Moscow. Everybody is polite and helpful. Some names that pop up are Anton and Andrey at the front desk, and Rona in the restaurant who is absolutely sweet. My friends, thank you. HGI Krasnoselskaya is located conveniently across the street from a shopping mall, less than 10 min walk from the nearest metro station and very close to city center. The food and drinks at the restaurant are good (special applause for the pelmeni. But I wouldn’t order the tiramisu.) Breakfast is fabulous. 24 hour room service is heaven. Once again, thanks HGI in Moscow. ‘Till next time.

Spent a week at the hotel. Great central location, close to everything. Very polite staff. We had a spacious and clean room. Enjoyed delicious breakfasts with champagne :) We hope to get back there one day.

Bilik-bilik bersih. Berhampiran dengan stesen metro, berjalan kaki selama dua minit, taman yang indah, Izmailovsky Kremlin. Makanan di hotel tidak begitu sedap. Monotony, semuanya sangat sedikit, dicampur dengan apa yang ada di tangan, dicincang halus sehingga anda tidak boleh mengambil sepotong tembikai. Tetapi nampaknya untuk 3 * hotel ini adalah bagaimana ia sepatutnya.

هذه زيارتي الاولى لروسيا واردت فندق يحقق لي الراحه التلمه، وقع اختياري على راديسون بلو، وكان نعم الاختيار، فندق حديث ونظيف جدا، العاملون ودودون جدا ومتعاونون، الغرفه والحمام كبيران ومساحتهما مريحه جدا، الاثاث موديرن ونظيف جدا، العيب الوحيد ان السرير غير مريح قليلاً (ليّن قليلا) وان كان هذا العيب الصغير لن يمنعني من النزول في الفندق مجدداً، طعام الافطار جيد لايوجد تنوع كبير لكنه يفي بالغرض، يوجد بالقرب منه (مطعمين على بعد0 1 دقائق مشيا) وجمعيه بجانب احد المطعمين، الفندق مريج جدا

I use to stay more than 100 nights a year in hotels worldwide. I am also a regular guest of the Ritz Carlton Moscow. The level of commitment and customer service of all the staff of this hotel is simply outstanding and second to none. To just give you an idea: at my current stay I caught a severe cold. 2 members of the exceptional Lounge team recognized my sickness and arranged for a ginger tea, cookies and a warming blanket brought to my room, together with an accompanying card (see photo). I have never experienced any other hotel in the world with such caring staff. They really always make me feel home away from home.

Hotel dengan pemandangan indah, bilik bersih dan bantal yang sangat tinggi. Saya suka semuanya. Sebaiknya setelah seharian bekerja anda boleh pergi ke kolam renang dan sauna untuk bersantai (termasuk dalam harga). Satu-satunya negatif bagi saya adalah kerana atas sebab tertentu saya tidak dapat mengatur pemasa untuk mematikan TV. Sungguh mengagumkan sekiranya berus gigi dan ubat gigi sekali pakai ditambahkan ke bilik. Saya belum dapat merasai sarapan. Tetapi secara keseluruhan hotel ini sangat bagus, saya suka semuanya, kami pasti akan kembali! Saya melampirkan foto pemandangan bilik dari penginapan pertama, yang saya jatuh cinta.

Гостиница с историей, расположена в центре Москвы, в шаговой доступности множество достопримечательных мест, ресторанов, кафе, магазинов. Доступность транспорта: метро, автобус. Вежливый, внимательный, любезный персонал. Вкусная кухня. Ежедневная уборка, смена полотенец, обновление туалетных принадлежностей. В номере есть электрочайник, чайный/кофейный набор, питьевая вода. Отдельно хочется отметить службу бронирования - необычайно отзывчивые, внимательные, доброжелательные сотрудники. Сегодня вновь бронировала проживание на осень - Юлия Владимировна все устроила наилучшим образом и очень оперативно

I have been living in Moscow from 2018 - 2020 and was a long term resident of Marriott Aurora and Marriott Grand hotels. Due to Covid-19, January 2022 was the first time when I came back to Moscow after a long period of time and had decided to choose Marriott Grand for my stay. The hotel is located right on Tverskaya Street walking distance to the Red Square, theaters, many other cultural locations, and the wonderful Depo Luxury Food Mall in Moscow. It is also very close to the Belaruskaya train station which has the Aeroexpress directly to/from SVO airport. What differentiates Marriott Grand hotel from many others are the staff which are always there to help you with anything that you might require. The front desk staff are always accommodating with any early check-in and late-check-out requests and the concierge is always ready to help with restaurant and other reservations. Additionally, the hotel has a great buffet breakfast, nice restaurants, and also great room service which is available 24 hours a day. The gym and spa center on the -1 level is also really great, it has a wonderful gym equipment, swimming pool, sauna, and hammam. I wanted to also complement the hotel for it's cleanliness, from the lobby, the elevators, the hallways, and of course the rooms, it is a pleasure to see how the cleaning staff are always making the hotel look tidy and clean for the guests. Overall I really would recommend this hotel to my family and friends and hope that this review can help others on Tripadvisor to make the hotel selection in Moscow. Thank you once again Marriott Grand staff and General Manager for making our stay so wonderful! We are looking forward to staying with you again during our next trip to Moscow.
