Lovely spotless rooms. Everybody is very courteous and very helpful. The car parking facilities are excellent and secure. The same can be said for the lockers for the skis and boots, the hotel offers individual lockers. The spa area is very good and a beautiful oil is provided to use in the jacuzzi. The breakfast is simply perfect. You can even grind your own coffee. Very generous selection and excellent quality. There is an option of having an evening meal but the menu is quite small. You cross the road and you are on a small ski slope and from there you can go to the main ski area, almost ski in/out..

This family ran hotel is a little gem. The property has been recently refurbished, but if I didn't ask, one might have thought it was brand new. Conveniently located at less than 100 mt from a skilit which connects you to Mount Elmo (2050mt) and to the entire circuit. The family was really hospitable, and the father/chef was amazing. The best dish was the chicken breast with potatoes, accompanies by a pumpkin sauce. Also rhe home made strudel was unforgettable, especially that it had giant sultanas. Finally, the view from the dining hall was spectacular, overlooking Croda Rossa mountain 3000mt Highly recommend for families and single travellers.

The breakfast was wonderful! Dinner was also great, as were the spa facilities.

This is our favorite place in the whole world! ....this hotel and these mountains for a summer hiking holiday. Returning here was a dream come true after having to postpone our trip during covid. This visit was just as amazing as our first time here about 6 years ago! Hotel Royal is a family run place and they really work hard to take care of you. It is okay if you don't speak German or Italian. Astrid is fluent in English and always around to offer advice or help. Several of the staff speak English too! Every single staff member we met was warm and friendly. Another highlight -The dinners are amazing! Gourmet, delicious, creative, artfully presented and so much better than trying to eat out at restaurants while vacationing. We loved breakfast too with a huge spread of homemade jams, granola/seed/nut options for making your own cereal, yogurt, fresh honeys and even real honeycomb; meats, cheeses, veggies, fresh and dried fruits, juice making machine, breads, and of course, eggs made to order! Every morning I looked forward to going down for breakfast. Then in the afternoon for several hours they have homemade soup and pastries set out in the living area/lounge. This was a great treat after our hikes to tide us over until dinner. The views are amazing from the hotel. It has the perfect location. Everything is exceptionally clean and the decor is charming. Our room was lovely with a great bed and huge bathroom (large shower) and a beautiful balcony. (Oh, and I love having slippers and a bathrobe provided!) If you don't have a car and are using public transportation like we did, the bus stop is just 3 minutes walk down the hill. We are coming back!! I can't wait! Thanks everyone at Hotel Royal!

Wonderful hotel. We were there for 4 nights last week. Our plan was to come on Friday but when it was changed the rules about comming to Italy on Wednesday (form Thursday) we called hotel and they said that we can come right away. So we packed and came. The service is very nice and helpful and the hotel is clean and rooms are spacious. Food is wonderful. I recomend to everybody! You can even go skiing right in front of hotel.

We spent there 4 nights, 2 families with our youngsters. From the first contact to the last farewell, communication with the hotel was very friendly and professional. For me, good food is extremely important and when I saw on the hotel's website that they care about the meals, that was one more factor to choose hotel Royal. And yes, they do care about the food a lot. One, also very important factor for me, as a wine lover - there is a very fine 150 entry wine list nicely curated by Astrid, the daughter of the family who is a sommelier. The whole staff is very friendly and capable as well. We haven't used the Sauna so I cannot comment on this. Rooms are great, modern, with big bathrooms and a balcony. For the skiers - the hotel is on the doorstep to the chairlift nr. 6 (Moos) with the connection to the rest of the Sexten ski-lift system, 50 m to walk! This is less than you would usually walk from any parking. We are constantly changing our holiday destinations but are very much considering returning to this charming little family hotel based in Moos.

Hotel situato a 50 metri dagli impianti. Interno della camera molto bello con una vetrata stupenda sulle Dolomiti. Personale sempre disponibile e cordiale. La zona colazione spettacolare con una vista anche lì, sulle montagne e il buffet offre una vasta scelta di prodotti tipici sia salati che dolci. Torneremo sicuramente, davvero consigliato
