Hotel Gunung Gambier dengan Tempat Letak Kereta

We stopped over at Mount Gambier on our way from Adelaide to Melbourne and stayed at the Studio Spa Suite at The Commodore. The location was great, and you can easily walk to nearby attractions such as the cave garden. Lots of food options nearby as well. The jacuzzi in the room was spacious and made our short stopover exceptionally relaxing. Would love to visit Mount Gambier and The Commodore again.

Stayed here for 2 nights at the beginning of our trip and another 2 nights on our way home. Highly recommend this Motel. Prices are very reasonable Ahmed and his family were very friendly and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble for them. We had an incident with our car and called the RAA In the meantime Ahmed (The Owner) had a look and tried to help sort out the problem. He even offered to drive us if we needed to go somewhere while problem being sorted out. Rooms are basic but very clean and cosy. Bed is very comfortable. 5 star rating doesn't always apply to up market accomm it can reflect good service and going above and beyond. Would definitely stay here again

The Mount Gambier Hotel is very central, opposite the Cave Gardens and a perfect location for shopping and dining. The hotel has friendly, professional staff. Downstairs there is a lovely bar and restaurant, which incorporates reception. I would describe it as a classy pub with 5 star rooms. I had a king room- it was not only huge, but beautifully appointed. It was well equipped, had a very comfortable sitting area and a stunning bathroom. Breakfast was good and the staff happily served it upstairs on the mezzanine when requested. I highly recommend the Mount Gambier Hotel for those who enjoy beautiful rooms and friendly service.

My wife and I recently stayed at the Colhurst House, a beautiful and charming accommodation conveniently situated near Mount Gambier's city center. The location proved to be ideal, within walking distance of various shops and restaurants. The room itself was pleasant and well-maintained, complete with the added perk of a tea and Nespresso coffee machine. While my overall experience was positive, I regretfully cannot award the hotel a perfect 5-star rating due to some issues encountered during the check-in process. After a long and tiring drive, the anticipation of a seamless check-in was dashed when we arrived and found no one at the reception desk. It turned out that the hotel had tried to contact me earlier, but since I had an international number, they were unable to reach me over the phone. A simple email or phone call (or whatapp number) with check in instructions would have alleviated this situation. Unfortunately, the situation escalated when my email to the hotel went unanswered for more than 30 minutes. Frustrated, I had no choice but to make an expensive international call, which eventually resolved the matter. Thankfully, a kind staff member promptly arrived to assist with the check-in process after the call. Another minor inconvenience was the absence of details regarding the Wi-Fi password in the room. A straightforward sign with this information would have resolved the issue without any hassle. Once again, I resorted to sending an email for the password but, disappointingly, received no response. This forced me to make another call, urgently requesting a reply to my email.

The Henry is ok if you are looking to just put your head down. The rooms are clean and beds are comfortable. Was reasonably priced but you get what you pay for. Bathroom light flashed like a disco we advised cleaners to report which she did but nobody came to fix it. The globe needed replacing.don’t know why this wasn’t picked up by the pre clean. This was a standard room double bed plus single. Other rooms may be better ? Hot water pressure was good. These rooms are very outdated but as I said you get what you pay for. tv had foxtel which was good. It was just a head down place for us and I’m assuming for most people staying in these type of units. Not much around here walking distance it’s very quiet but a close drive to attractions. We went use restaurant so can’t comment on that. If the light had of been fixed it would have been a decent stay. I don’t understand why these things aren’t attended to.

My wife and I stayed here for just one night to take advantage of some free Vline train vouchers, so, as our host told us,, we were not typical of most travellers arriving at the motel by car. We chose this place because the price was reasonable, previous reviews were good and the location was not far from the Vline coach terminal next to the Visitor Information Centre. Our Queen room was basic but clean, comfortable and well air-conditioned. There were good supplies of cutlery, crockery and snacks, together with a microwave and a toaster. Whilst not serving meals at the motel, our host told us of a cafe nearby. He was charming to chat to and kindly looked after our baggage for us in the free hours between checkout and our coach departure. All up, a very pleasant experience.

Lovely big, well located, caravan park with nice gardens and great kids facilities with indoor pool and playground. We stayed in three bedroom cabin which was clean (for the most part- some dishes from previous tenants were returned to the cupboard dirty) and spacious. Will note that heated pool was rather lukewarm and was hard to stay in for long as an adult- kids had no issue though! Staff, while a little brusk on check in, responded quickly and efficiently to a couple of issues we had. On a whole a great stay though a little on the $$$ side.

Spotless accommodation. Big room with all manner of extras - and with all that I needed. Nothing was too much trouble - the staff really care and I appreciated their very ”can do” positive approach. Plus I saw evidence of that towards other clients re how pleasant and helpful they were as I was waiting in the foyer for my taxi on the last day. Seems they have many regular business clients who consistently stay and re-stay at the Presidential Every staff member I met was very helpful - I needed their advice as this was my first time visit to Mt Gambier. The food was fantastic. On my last day I had to check out very early - that was no trouble for the staff. They were consistently pleasant on all occasions. My travel agent suggested this place and he was definitely correct

As a last minute detour we stayed in Mt.Gambier and were lucky to find this hidden gem. As a frequent traveller in Australia and internationally I have stayed at many places, with 5 stars! I would highly recommend this beautiful boutique motel, newly renovated and well appointed. The service was incredible, from checkin, restaurant recommendations, assistance with parking our trailer, local area knowledge. Thank you Jayden and David for making us feel so welcome. I only wish we had stayed longer and could have enjoyed a swim and the restaurant!

Loved spending the night in a place with history. Lots of information about the goal located around the site. The room as expected was small- it was a goal cell after all. The bed was comfortable- a double so giants beware. Any larger would not fit the room :) The heater warmed the room nicely. The kitchen area was clean and had what we needed. Lots of styles of cells to choose from. Having courtyards the goal would suit a group of friends or family get together. I understand you can hire the full complex. Good walking distance to the city pubs. Parking out the front. Some rooms have shared facilities. Remember, you are booking an experience. I your after luxury then this is not the place for you.
