great location only a ten minute bus trip to town from the front of the hotel. rooms with sea view are amazing. the food is nice,more variety could be offered. Also same with the drinks menu. limited pickings

It looks much better on photos than in reality. Perfect location and amazing view. But hotel is dirty with bad smells. Pool boy wash dirty tables in the swimming pool. They charged me additional government tax, even that was not mentioned on ***********. Hotel is good positioned but all the rest is pretty bad.

Horrible! Absolutely horrible! Do not come here. Please, if you’re staying in corfu, this is literally the last place you’d want to visit. I traveled with family and I was supposed to stay there for a week. We left the second day. All our rooms were totally s**t. ROOMS: Found bunch of hair in my bed, water was cut off for one and a half day (been told it’s not the first time) it came back for one hour and then it got cut again. People in my family found cheese and bread in their fridges meaning it was not properly cleaned. In the same room we found a puddle of p** under the toilet. Once the water came back, there was problem with the shower. Water started leaking into the room. FOOD: NOT WORTH IT! We booked only breakfast and dinner for a week. SUCH A WASTE! Not a big selection of food. Not kids friendly at all. Couldn’t see anything a kid would fancy. No beverages, only room temperatured water (at dinner). At breakfast there was so called “coffee”. It was almost like water with food coloring..(no taste whatsoever). The food was either over cooked or not cooked properly. SERVICE: Ok. I’ve only seen 6 people working at this big hotel so far. One receptionist, two cooks, one barista and 2 maids. Which makes me question, shouldn’t there be more people working at this big hotel?? The receptionist wouldn’t even come with solutions to our problems and instead offered us a room change (which at the end we didn’t even get). PLACE: Okay. It was in front of the beach. BUT there are only a few beach chairs. Although it’s such a big “hotel” and they provide “beach space”. Parking was good though. OTHER: The elevator is small, old and claustrophobic. Lights flicker and it’s scary for small kids. It also shuts down sometimes. We got stuck and the elevator was labeled “out of order”. Therefore, if you’re old or disabled and want to travel, DO NOT COME HERE! OVERALL: Do not bother to come here. Please listen to me, it is pricy and filthy. Although we only stayed one night and only attended dinner and breakfast, we didn’t get a refund. Not worth it at all! Spend your money somewhere else please. Doesn’t deserve it’s 4 stars. 1 star MAXIMUM.

We went at the hotel regarding photos and review, but since the first day we cancelled our holidays..no water in the rooms,dirty toilets,horrible food and the beach smells like sh**t. Never again. No management at all.

i’ve been here for days is the worst place haven’t been in Corfu I hope nobody has come and make the same mistake. I did it The food was the worst I seen everything was going to pay coffee you have to pay what are you have to pay everything that’s for me webpage, everything all inclusive nevermore

Lovely family resort. The resort is very beautiful and the staff are very friendly. The view is fantastic, and very clear sea. The pool area very nice with good pool bar. The city center is just 40 minutes by bus. It’s very good place to have a rest close to the sea!!!

This hotel has fantastic views and a lovely pool. It's a shame the food and drinks in the all inclusive let the hotel down, the food was repetitive,you have a choice of 4 alcoholic drinks, ouzo, brandy, wine, larger, cheap range, the cola and lemon we're watered down more like drinking soda water, over booking rooms was a daily thing, me and my daughter fell on lucky we was overbooked on arrivel and given a upgrade the room was very nice, 5 days into the holiday we was told to pack and be out of the room by 9am and moved us to a standered room, our room wasn't ready for 2 hours, they could of told us the day we arrived it was a tempory arrangement,the staff always looked miserable probably overworked and embarrassed with how the hotel is run, the hotel has so much going for it it's in a prime location, just a shame how its run let's it down,I would return but would not go all inclusive, just room only base.

DO NOT BOOK HERE! They overbook the hotel so when you turn up you have nowhere to stay. We was lucky to of been given a suite for 4 nights of our holiday due to overbooking but half way through our stay we was told we needed to pack and move to another room. We did and was down in reception for 9am and had to wait almost 3hrs for another room to come Availible. This was a everyday occurrence I've seen many family's turn up here and have to be moved ro their other hotel down the road which has no pool. Don't book all inclusive the food is terrible, tasteless & repetitive same thing Most days some food is edible if you like fresh bread & salad. The bar is empty nothing but cheap wines & spirits if you want water on all inclusive be prepared to pay for it. It's not included unless out of a tap. Cheap lager wine and 2 spirits Availible on all inclusive brandy & whisky ouzo! That's it rest you have to pay for. Snacks are watermelon & ice cream and sandwiches in sliced bread wrapped up in cling film and just left on the bar in the heat. Rooms are ok. Apart from the shower that floods the full bathroom. View is amazing from the balcony but the staff and his it's run let it down. Not suitable for kids they wouldn't like the food unless they lived on chips. The pop on all inclusive is like soda water. No taste. Don't recommend the all inclusive package at all complete waste of money I ate out most evenings. View from pool would be better if they cleaned the glass screens around the pool as you cannot see through them because they are so dirty. Sunbeds broken & not enough for everyone in the hotel. Aircon only works in the restaurant they have it in your room and tell you it only works when door is closed it doesn't work at all or very little & that was in both our rooms. Lumpy pillows and you only get one! Gym isn't open either. Tennis courts are a dumping ground for broken beds & rubbish. Pool doesn't open till 10am

Location 5+ views 5+ pool great, just a shame how the hotel is run, plz don't go all inclusive the food is repetitive, drink choice ouzo, wine, brandy, larger cheap brands,fizzy coke/lemon more like coloured soda water,no taste, so many guests overbooked and moved to their other hotel with no pool, staff look miserable nost of the time, this hotel has got so much going for it such a shame its let down by its food and all inclusive package.......
