The Delfino Beach Resort exceeded our expectations in every way. We booked a package holiday through TUI, with flights via easyJet, and experienced no issues. Our stay lasted a total of 9 nights and 8 days. Room: The room was lovely, featuring new and comfortable furniture and a large balcony overlooking the gardens. However, the lack of air conditioning for the first four nights made the room unbearably hot. We had to sleep with the balcony door open, resulting in numerous mosquito bites. Despite complaining twice, we were informed that the AC would only be turned on later in June. Staff: The service was impeccable, with warm greetings from everyone, from the cleaners to the managers. They were all attentive, respectful, and cheerful. Special thanks to dining staff Amir and archery staff Monty for their exceptional service. Food: The food was of high quality, catering to all tastes with a wide variety of options. Several live cooking stations offered pasta, grills, pizza, roast, and meats. There was ample seating both inside and outside, and the dining staff provided excellent service. Drinks: The all-inclusive drinks, including mojitos, cocktails, soft drinks, cappuccinos, and juices, were of excellent quality. Cleaning: Daily room cleaning and towel changing were efficiently handled by friendly cleaners. Gym and Spa: The gym was well-equipped with machines, free weights, cardio equipment, and a separate exercise studio open from 08:30 to 19:00. Earlier opening hours would be appreciated. The sauna was excellent but had limited operating hours (15:00 to 17:00). The indoor pool was great, and we enjoyed a thorough and relaxing 50-minute massage for 120 dinars. Beach: The beautiful private beach had plenty of loungers and shades, eliminating the need to reserve spots early. The clean golden sand and mostly clear water, aside from occasional seaweed, made for a pleasant experience. Activities: Tennis was fantastic, with eight courts available at no additional cost. Archery was also great fun, with Monty guiding us at no extra charge. Excursions: We booked two excursions with Imed, who can be found in the lounge wearing a red polo shirt. Although he will initially state his prices are fixed, they are always negotiable. Each trip below was quoted at £45 per person but managed to reduce these to £35 each. The Catamaran half-day boat trip was decent but could be boring due to long periods of just sailing with only one stop for swimming. Motion sickness sufferers should be cautious due to the boat’s constant movement. Our second trip was camel and horse riding, where we were fortunate to be the only participants. This allowed for personal attention from the guide, and I was able to gallop with the horse. However, the location was less than ideal, with rough neighborhoods and construction sites. In the flat plains, we took great photos but beware of the photographer who will try to sell you numerous printed photos at high prices. We negotia
