Hotel 2 Bintang di Múlaþing

3 of us stayed in the studio apartment for 2 nights after 4 days walking through the Eastern fjords. The apartment was clean, spacious, and the beds were comfy. There was tea and coffee provided, but no milk, which was a little odd. We had a decked area in front of the apartment, with fantastic view across the bay. The only downside was that it was too hot without leaving the door or window open, and then the little black flies got in. Not that they seemed to be biting ones. Ate in the restaurant both nights and were very happy with the food and service. Breakfasts were pretty good too - lots of homemade stuff, plenty of choice, just not much in the way of hot, just scrambled eggs and sausages. Reception were there when we needed to ask questions, and were helpful.

Rustic. Farm house has undergone various renovations and additions, and the dusty access road & gravel parking is still under construction. Cottages have limited grass parking and no TV, bed is directly under the opening windows, bathroom is long & thin with no towel racks. Breakfast food counter is congested, limited/cozy dining area overlooks duck pond and chicken coop.

Para comenzar esto no es un hotel, aquí tienes una habitación y compartes cocina, baño y ducha. Una vez aclarado esto, el check-in debes hacerlo en el Hotel que está en el puerto y luego has de subir unos metros a un edificio que son los apartamentos. Yo tenía una habitación triple con una cama doble y una sencilla. La habitación tiene una burra para colgar la ropa y un lavamanos. En la habitación todo bien, por la noche me di cuenta que faltaba una bombilla de una de las lamparitas de la mesita de noche, pero son cosas que a veces pasan. El baño y el aseo impecable y con toques decorativos agradables. La zona de cocina no es muy grande, por lo que no se puede coincidir con muchos huéspedes al mismo tiempo. Vi café pero no cafetera. Comentar que en mi habitación el WIFI no llegaba, había salir al pasillo. Tiene fácil aparcamiento. Tiene calefacción.

非常非常滿意的住宿。房間雖小但有洗手枱。公共浴室廁所很多，完全不需要排隊。工作人員態度好，早餐免費。周圍環境非常美，早晚去附近走走很享受，是絕對會推薦給朋友的地方。

I'd absolutely go back there. No reals Cons in my opinion but we didn't actually use the showers. However the bathrooms were clean from what I could see. The kitchen was clean and well appointed with the necessary items. Rooms were clean and a bit spacious actually which was awesome for 4 of us. However two of our number stated the pillows and comforter stunk of febreeze. Two of us noticed nothing although we were assured that our bedding also stunk hahaha. Check in was brief and didn't instruction us on how to check out and after about 7pm there was no one present until the day after we left according to the sign on the door.

Very helpful staff on a range of travel information, fantastic. The location beside the harbour beautiful and access to northern lights viewing with excellent staff guidance on where to try. Food delicious for dinner and breakfast. Rooms comfy quite clean and functional, warm shower, hot if you want, good WiFi

We saw some bad reviews for this place but when we got here we’re pleased with our clean room with all we needed for a good nights sleep. Yes the curtains are not room darkening but we carry eye covers as many hotels with room darkening are not truly dark when closed. There is no TV but they fo not list having one and yes it is a dorm during the school year, great idea!! If you have heavy luggage make sure to ask for or reserve a room on the second floor which is right off elevator. The first is down a half flight. We did fine going down with two carry ons. If these things bother you, plan on spending close to double on hotels in this area. Otherwise, this will meet your needs of a good nights sleep.
