Hotel Rooms Dadar Near Station

It was very awesome to stay there. Service was very good and fast and also manager and rajesh they both were very good at work helped us in lot of things. It was a excellent experience staying with them.

Good and clean room. Goof staff, manager is doing good job maintaining the place. Overall good experience.

had a terrible experience. i checkedin at 7 pm and they said we will give you different room meanwhile stay in small room. initially water was not coming and the room service guy was serving water with bucket in each room. all rooms are very small like pods. i understand that the rooms maybe small in mumbai like location but for such a small rooms it would have been just 50 sq.ft. room. it feels claustrophobic in such a small tiny rooms and used blanket and bedsheet. no mineral water. water was given on a used bottle in which water was refilled. no packaged water.

Worst stay ever. Dirty linen dirty floor. No proper sweeping. Terrible experince

Very pathetic rooms and hygiene conditions of this place . It's not even worth the minus rating , how come a place can be like this , it's beyond imagination. Booked a hotel room in this hotel through Goibibo and went for a check in at this hotel in the afternoon. The reception guy allotted a hotel just near the reception counter only. After entering the room, I was like is it a room ? The room is so small that I didn't have a place to keep my luggage, somehow adjusted. And then the night mare started. The bed sheet and pillow were dirty like hell, pillows were used for so many ages , it seemed. The floor was not cleaned and very dusty. The wash room wasn't clean and unhygienic. The towel they provided was torn. TV was non-functional. A very bad smell in the room. It's like someone has come to a cage . Immediately contacted the hotel staff and the reception guy was too rude . He said it's like that only. They don't have any manners to speak with customers, then and there checked out from the hotel . Informed the same to @goibibob also, but there was no response. Not at all worth,an urge to everyone to not to get in this trap , this is not a hotel for stay for sure.

very bad service and room experience. Even Water is not available and have to pay for it. Front office is rude and arrogant. Overall bad experience in terms of room size, amenities and most importantly the hotel staff
