Shower had a mold, even after several request, house keeping did not clean it throughly, towels were not clean, shower had no grab bar, enterance do not have railings.
Twin bed were comfortable, breakfast was excellent, all staff members were very cooperative.

This place is hell on earth. I have never stayed in a hotel which is so disgusting and has the worst customer service. I booked an executive room and what I was given is even undescribable. The AC was not working. The sheets and towels were smelly, the room was dirty. The bathroom was so dirty that I felt worse after taking a shower. The water in the bathroom was muddy and brown in color. I somehow stayed one night and wanted to vacate the next day and asked for a refund. I was denied just because I made an online booking. IN WHAT AGE DO WE LIVE IN? Everyone does online booking. I showed the pictures and looks like the ***agement doesn't care. NEVER EVER STAY AT THIS PLACE!

My recent stay at The Roa Mumbai was nothing short of a nightmare. The hotel's staff were shockingly rude and unhelpful, displaying a complete lack of professionalism. The breakfast buffet was a major letdown, with a severe lack of variety and poor-quality food. The rooms were a disaster – smelly, untidy, and in desperate need of maintenance. The ancient, uncomfortable beds made it impossible to get a decent night's sleep. Overall, my experience at The Roa Mumbai was a complete waste of money, and I strongly advise against booking a stay there. It was unquestionably one of the worst hotel experiences I've ever had.

I booked it for my inLaws. We booked 2 twin bed room for 3 people and they have given 1 king bed room and one person has to sleep on floor with a mattress. Room was not well maintained. Also though we have booked free breakfast they first denied for breakfast, however than later provided after request. Staff was not friendly and less helpful.

I am writing this review after experiencing the worst experience at The ROA Hotel, Ghatkopar, Mumbai. Rooms were ok, not good not bad. Worst food, worst taste & worst hospitality. An example that you should not trust these type of Hotels online at all. During my stay they served Aloo Prantha with a *HUGE STAPLER PIN* risking my life in breakfast and next day found hair in my Sambhar Idli. I complained about the food but no strict action was taken by the ***agement rather the steward taunted me that 'Sir you complained of me at the reception'! I write a short mail to hotel mgmt. about this incident, but not even a single response I got from any person from the hotel. That was the least expected. The attitude of the ***agement towards the problem was inappropriate. In the Interest of Public at large, I would recommend everyone to take a note of the same and try to avoid such type of hotel..

The hotel is just completely unprofessional and not fit for anyone even traveling for leisure or business. The rooms are shabby, bed sheets are with burnt marks, the toilet hardware doesn't work properly. I visited this hotel as it is close to my office in Vikhroli, but this turned out to be my biggest mistake in life. Issues i faced that the staff denied to solve at all: 1. They served me one day old food in breakfast and never responded to my complaint. At this time of health crisis, they are playing with guest health. NOT SUITABLE for family at all... 2. They charged me for wifi and it dosen't work at all - speed of less than 1 MBPs (impacted my business calls) 3. for one room service, they take atleast 1 hours of luxury wait time. For a simple request of warming up my food, they kept me waiting for 2 hours. 4. Room is not cleaned until i shout on it 5. The receptionist on the night shift is always sleeping on the shift and does not pick up the call at multiple occasions
