Its my third time staying at Adiva Residency, the rooms are clean and comfortable as always and the staff is courteous. They have newly opened a beautiful restaurant which is a very good change from my last visit. Always a pleasant stay in the heart of Mumbai. Finding transport is easy and most markets and hospitals are easily accessed.

very well ***aged hotel. clean rooms with very comfortable bed and bedding. furnishings overall a bit dated but in good condition. extremely friendly and helpful staff and excellent service. breakfast buffet basic but good. wifi could be more consistent. overall a great experience especially in this budget category!! would return here anytime.

This water has clean drinking water issues. Reception denies clean drinling free water as mentioned in details of hotel. There has to be a basic courtesy on same. There is no staff and whole hotel is running on receptionist. No hotel ***ager. Its a cheap type of option not recommended for premium or corporate cadre. Hotel enterance is via a red light area which is even more pathetic

We are in this hotel as I write, room 1207. Having spent the last 2 weeks travelling around India it is a great pleasure to end up at this hotel. We are so grateful for the almost instant and abundant hot water in the impressive shower and the working and easily controlled AC in the room. The room is lovely with a very comfortable bed and the cleaning staff are excellent. Only 1 of our party tried the breakfast (420 rupees - not included in our nightly rate) . She said it was ok but probably a little overpriced in Indian terms. The reception staff are very helpful, printing our our boarding passes for flight home. The area around the hotel is a little down at heel, but there are several supermarkets, ATMs and places to eat nearby. There are always plenty of taxis around as the property is next to a petrol station. Enjoying our stay here.

Overall, I had a positive experience at your hotel. The staff was friendly and helpful, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the food was good. Specifically, I appreciated the following: The staff was always willing to go the extra mile to help me. For example, when I asked for a late check-out, they were able to accommodate me without any problems. The rooms were clean and well-maintained. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was spacious. The food was delicious and freshly prepared. I especially enjoyed the breakfast buffet. and I would recommend it to others. I hope that the hotel will consider my feedback and make the necessary improvements. Thank you for your time and consideration.

I stayed for ***** time with them and would definitely go back whenever I visit Mumbai again. The location was perfect. Staff all over the place were very helpful and friendly (from the gate security, to reception to housekeeping staff) ms sanjeeta is nice. Mr Faizan Sheikh is a star. He is super helpful and welcoming. The hotel owner is very cooperative. I had an issue with my tickets and he helped me to stay and arranged the needful. Great team for sure. ***aa, o***
