Hotel Archana Residency is amazingly beautiful with a soothing interior. I was there for my course, ***** with my mom and that place literally started to feel like home for us. I still remember we reached the hotel at around 4am, tired and sleepy but special thanks to Mr Vikas and Abul ji who made our check-in very easy, helped us with our luggage and without losing time, we were shown our room. The room was very classy with all the facilities to fulfill our needs. The housekeeping staffs, specially Mishra ji, Yadav ji, Abul ji were very efficient and attentive. We were provided plush towels and toiletry sets that they would replace every day. We stayed there for around 18 days and me and my mom had the most special vegetarian breakfast and dinner at their restaurant everyday. The food was extremely delicious, top notch and value for money. A big thank you to all the servers of the restaurant for attending to us with a great smile and hospitality and recommending the best food. Special thanks to Mr Mozumdar, who made sure that we get the best stay possible. Thank you to the watch*** chacha ji, who never missed a day to greet us by saying 'namaste' and always getting worried for us when we used to come late by asking if we had food. For me and my mom, that hotel started feeling like home to us. Thank you to all the staffs of Archana Residency for being so kind, welcoming and accomodating and for caring about our needs to ensure we were enjoying our stay. We are from Mauritius and i can say, we were treated like family members, not guests and this will be forever in our hearts. Thank you for giving me and my mum the best stay of our lives and for taking care of us. If ever i need to visit Mulund again, without a doubt i'll stay over at Archana Residency itself. I visited Mumbai for Business purpose. This time I decided to make use of Gym facility. The first day I went, I met a person named Justin, gym trainer. I was amazed with his attitude and the way he treat guests. He helped me so much to do different variations of workout and gave free advice on the diet as well. Thanks to Mr.Justin for giving personal training and making me to understand each and every workout with the available machinery itself. I suggest every guest to make use of the Gym and get trained by Mr.Justin. This helps you to maintain healthy body physically and mentally. Thank you Justin sir ji. I hope next 3 weeks during my stay, I ll gain some good muscles 😉😉. Thanks to Holiday Inn,Mumbai for having a professional Gym Trainer.

Superb stay Experience , outstanding Staff . Breakfast was 9/10 , overall the best stay till now .

We had a wonderful time under hospitality of Mr Sagar at Parabola The food was extremely delicious and hospitality was warm and wonderful. The chef gave us a suprise at the end with a wonderfully baked cake on occasion of Mother’s Day and the entire staff came to wish my mom. I would definitely love to visit again.

I had a perfect experience at this hotel. It provides international standards and the staff are extremely helpful and polite. Location for holidays is good as it faces directly to the lake. If for business trip, it might be a bit far from the city especially given the traffic conditions. Otherwise it is highly recommended.

The apartments are poorly maintained and the property is beginning to show its age. The staff try and make up for the poor property quality with excellent service, but the rooms could do with a major makeover
